Abstract
【解決手段】ソレノイド部22を構成する可動鉄心ユニット40は、コイル36の励磁作用下に固定鉄心32側に向かって吸引される可動鉄心56と、前記可動鉄心56の外周側に装着される樹脂製材料からなるガイド部材58とを含み、前記ガイド部材58が、一組のリング部76a、76bと、前記リング部76a、76b同士を接続する接続部78とから構成される。そして、リング部76a、76b及び接続部78が、可動鉄心56の外周面に形成された装着溝に装着され、該外周面に対して若干だけ突出している。また、可動鉄心56の端部には、半径外方向に拡径した保持部62が形成され、前記保持部62の収容穴70には弁座部30に臨むように弾性材料が充填されて固化された弁体24が設けられる。

前記可動鉄心には、該可動鉄心の外周部に設けられ、該可動鉄心を軸線方向に沿って案内するガイド部と、前記可動鉄心の軸線方向に沿った変位を規制するストッパ部とを有する円筒体が設けられ、前記ガイド部及びストッパ部が樹脂製材料から一体成形されることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- ソレノイドの励磁作用下に可動鉄心を吸引することにより、バルブボディに形成された流体通路の連通状態を切り換える電磁弁において、
前記可動鉄心には、該可動鉄心の外周部に設けられ、該可動鉄心を軸線方向に沿って案内するガイド部と、前記可動鉄心の軸線方向に沿った変位を規制するストッパ部とを有する円筒体が設けられ、前記ガイド部及びストッパ部が樹脂製材料から一体成形されることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項1記載の電磁弁において、
前記可動鉄心には、バルブボディの弁座に臨む端部に弁部を有する保持部が設けられ、前記弁部が、弾性材料から形成され、前記保持部に形成された孔部に対して一体成形されることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項1又は2記載の電磁弁において、
前記ガイド部は、リング状に形成される一組の環状部と、前記円筒体の軸線方向に沿って延在し、前記環状部の一方と他方とを接続する接続部とから構成され、前記可動鉄心の外周面に形成された溝部にそれぞれ挿入されることを特徴とする電磁弁。
