Description
常開型の電磁弁の場合、通常時に弁部材を弁座面から引き離して流路を開けるべく、リターンスプリングが設けられ、コイルへの通電によって、弁部材は弁座面に押し付けられる。
弁体部52の下端には、後述する弁座部材の弁座面61と当接・離間する略半球形状のシール部55が形成されている。
このような弁座部材6は、ボディ部31の内周に圧入されて固定されている。
ボディ部31は、基体Bの装着穴B1に挿入され、装着穴B1の周囲をかしめることで固定されている。

Claims (5)
- 固定コアと、当該固定コアに対して進退可能に配置され、励磁されることで駆動される可動コアと、前記固定コアに設けられ漏斗状の弁座面を有する弁座部材と、一端が前記可動コアと当接して前記可動コアと一体に進退するよう配置され、他端が前記弁座面に当接・離間して流路を開閉する弁部材と、前記弁部材を前記弁座面から離間させるように付勢するリターンスプリングとを備えた常開型電磁弁であって、
前記固定コアは、円筒面状の保持穴を有し、
前記弁部材は、前記保持穴と摺接して前記進退動作がガイドされており、
前記可動コアは、前記固定コアの端面に対面する平坦面と当該平坦面の中央において前記固定コアに向けて突出した凸部とを有し、当該凸部は、前記保持穴に直接入り込むことを特徴とする常開型電磁弁。 - 前記可動コアは、励磁されていない初期位置において、前記凸部の先端面が前記固定コアの前記可動コアに対面する端面よりも前記保持穴の内側に入り込んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の常開型電磁弁。
- 前記保持穴は、前記可動コア側の縁に面取りが形成されており、
前記可動コアは、励磁されていない初期位置において、前記凸部の先端面が、前記可動コアの進退方向において、前記面取りの範囲内に位置していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の常開型電磁弁。 - 前記固定コアの前記可動コアに対面する端面の面積は、前記凸部の先端面の面積よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の常開型電磁弁。
- 前記弁部材は、
前記弁座面に当接・離間する弁体と、
一端が前記可動コアに当接し、他端が前記弁体と接続され、前記保持穴により進退動作がガイドされるリテーナとを備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の常開型電磁弁。
