Description
前記コントローラは、前記前後制動圧配分制御モード時の前記減圧制御の途中からは、前記非回生側左および右車輪ブレーキに対応した前記常開型電磁弁および前記常閉型電磁弁の非作動状態と、前記回生側左および右車輪ブレーキに対応した前記常閉型電磁弁の開閉作動状態とを維持しながら、前記回生側左および右車輪ブレーキに対応した前記常開型電磁弁を閉弁させ、且つ一対の前記電磁制御弁を閉弁させ又は開閉作動させることにより、前記回生側左および右車輪ブレーキの液圧よりも前記非回生側左および右車輪ブレーキの液圧を高くし且つ全体制動力のうちで液圧による制動力の占める割合を前記四輪同時制御モードの時と比べて増加させるようにしたことを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 左右前輪(WFL,WFR)および左右後輪(WRL,WRR)の一方の車軸(1)に連結されるとともに制動時に電気的回生によって回生制動力を発揮する回生制動手段(M)と、乗員の操作に応じて制動液圧を発生し得るマスタシリンダ(3)を少なくとも含む制動液圧発生源(3,4)と、前記左右前輪(WFL,WFR)および前記左右後輪(WRL,WRR)の一方にそれぞれ装着される液圧式の回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5FL,5FR)と、左右前輪(WFL,WFR)および左右後輪(WRL,WRR)の他方にそれぞれ装着される液圧式の非回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5RL,5RR)と、前記制動液圧発生源(3,4)に通じる第1共通管路部(12A,36A)ならびに第1共通管路部(12A,36A)から分岐して前記回生側左車輪ブレーキ(5FL)および前記非回生側右車輪ブレーキ(5RR)に個別に接続される一対の第1個別管路部(13A,14A;37A,38A)から成る第1系統管路(11A,35A)と、前記制動液圧発生源(3,4)に通じる第2共通管路部(12B,36B)ならびに第2共通管路部(12B,36B)から分岐して前記回生側右車輪ブレーキ(5FR)および前記非回生側左車輪ブレーキ(5RL)に個別に接続される一対の第2個別管路部(13B,14B;37B,38B)から成る第2系統管路(11B,35B)と、前記第1共通管路部(12A,36A)および前記第2共通管路部(12B,36B)にそれぞれ介設される一対の電磁制御弁(17A,17B;21A,21B)と、一対の前記第1個別管路部(13A,14A;37A,38A)および一対の前記第2個別管路部(13B,14B;37B,38B)にそれぞれ介設される常開型電磁弁(18FL,18RR,18FR,18RL)と、前記各車輪ブレーキ(5FL,5RR,5FR,5RL)およびリザーバ(10;26A,26B)間にそれぞれ介設される常閉型電磁弁(19FL,19RR,19FR,19RL)と、必要とされる制動力の一部を前記回生制動手段(M)で得るようにした回生協調制動時に前記回生制動手段(M)、前記電磁制御弁(17A,17B;21A,21B)、前記常開型電磁弁(18FL,18RR,18FR,18RL)および前記常閉型電磁弁(19FL,19RR,19FR,19RL)の作動を制御するコントローラ(C)とを備えてなり、
前記コントローラ(C)は、前記回生協調制動時に、前記回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5FL,5FR)ならびに前記非回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5RL,5RR)の液圧を同時に制御する四輪同時制御モードと、左右前輪(WFL,WFR)および左右後輪(WRL,WRR)間で制動圧を配分する前後制動圧配分制御モードとを何れも実行可能であって、その何れの制御モードにおいても、前記マスタシリンダ(3)の出力圧が増圧過程を経て一定の値に達するまでは、全ての前記常閉型電磁弁(19FL,19RR,19FR,19RL)および全ての前記常開型電磁弁(18FL,18RR,18FR,18RL)を非作動状態とすると共に一対の前記電磁制御弁(17A,17B;21A,21B)をリニア制御により開閉作動させることで四輪全てのブレーキ液圧を増圧制御するようにし、また前記マスタシリンダ(3)の出力圧が前記一定の値に達するのに応じて、一対の前記電磁制御弁(17A,17B;21A,21B)を閉弁させると共に前記回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5FL,5FR)に対応した前記常閉型電磁弁(19FL,19FR)を開閉作動せしめ、かつ前記非回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5RL,5RR)に対応した前記常閉型電磁弁(19RL,19RR)及び全ての前記常開型電磁弁(18FL,18RR,18FR,18RL)を非作動状態とすることで四輪全てのブレーキ液圧の減圧制御に転じるようにした車両用回生協調制動装置であって、
前記コントローラ(C)は、前記前後制動圧配分制御モード時の前記減圧制御の途中からは、前記非回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5RL,5RR)に対応した前記常開型電磁弁(18RL,18RR)および前記常閉型電磁弁(19RL,19RR)の非作動状態と、前記回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5FL,5FR)に対応した前記常閉型電磁弁(19FL,19FR)の開閉作動状態とを維持しながら、前記回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5FL,5FR)に対応した前記常開型電磁弁(18FL,18FR)を閉弁させ、且つ一対の前記電磁制御弁(17A,17B;21A,21B)を閉弁させ又は開閉作動させることにより、前記回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5FL,5FR)の液圧よりも前記非回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5RL,5RR)の液圧を高くし且つ全体制動力のうちで液圧による制動力の占める割合を前記四輪同時制御モードの時と比べて増加させるようにしたことを特徴とする車両用回生協調制動装置。 - 前記コントローラ(C)は、前記前後制動圧配分制御モード時に、前記回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5FL,5FR)の液圧が、前記非回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5RL,5RR)の液圧よりも低い状態では、前記回生制動手段(M)による回生制動力の減少に応じて、一対の前記電磁制御弁(17A,17B)と前記回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5FL,5FR)に対応した前記常開型電磁弁(18FL,18FR)とを開閉作動せしめることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用回生協調制動装置。
- 前記コントローラ(C)は、前記回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5FL,5FR)に対応した常開型電磁弁(18FL,18FR)の開弁に応じて前記回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5FL,5FR)の液圧が前記非回生側左および右車輪ブレーキ(5RL,5RR)の液圧に等しくなったときには、全ての常開型電磁弁(18FL,18FR,18RL,18RR)および全ての常閉型電磁弁(19FL,19FR,19RL,19RR)を非作動状態とするとともに、一対の電磁制御弁(17A,17B;21A,21B)を開閉作動せしめることを特徴とする請求項2記載の車両用回生協調制動装置。
