Description
図1に示されるように、本実施形態に係る熱交換器冷却システム10は、冷媒の熱を放熱する熱交換器としてのラジエータ12と、液体(ここでは水)を貯留する貯留タンクとしての水タンク16と、水タンク16から延出されたホース(配管)18とを備えている。このホース18は、上記の水が流れる流路28を形成しており、延出途中に設けられた分岐ホース部22において第1ホース部24と第2ホース部26とに分岐している。第1ホース部24は、第1流路34を形成しており、第2ホース部26は、第2流路36を形成しており、分岐ホース部22は、分岐部(分岐流路)32を形成している。第1ホース部24の先端部には、液体吐出部(液体吐出口)としての水吐出部(水吐出口)38が設けられている。

次に、図6及び図7を用いて、本発明の実施形態の変形例について説明する。なお、図6及び図7では、上記実施形態と同様の構成に同符号を付している。
上記実施形態では、第2流路36内に流入した水(液体)が水タンク16(貯留タンク)内に還流されるように第2流路36(第2ホース部26)が配索された構成にしたが、これに限るものではない。例えば第2流路の先端(第2ホース部26の先端開口)が車両の下面側で大気に開放された構成、すなわち第2流路36内に流入した液体が道路上に廃棄(排水)されるように第2流路36が配索された構成にしてもよい。

Claims (7)
- 冷媒の熱を放熱する熱交換器と、
液体を貯留する貯留タンクと、
前記貯留タンクから延出され、延出途中に設けられた分岐部において第1流路と第2流路とに分岐され、前記第1流路の先端部側に設けられた液体吐出部が前記熱交換器に対向して配置された流路と、
前記貯留タンク内から前記流路内へ前記液体を送り出すポンプと、
前記第1流路に設けられ、前記第1流路を開閉する第1開閉弁と、
前記第2流路に設けられ、前記第2流路を開閉する第2開閉弁と、
前記ポンプの作動を制御すると共に、前記第1開閉弁及び前記第2開閉弁の開閉を制御する制御部と、
を備えた熱交換器冷却システム。 - 前記第2流路は、前記第2流路内に流入した前記液体を前記貯留タンク内に還流させるように配索されている請求項1に記載の熱交換器冷却システム。
- 前記分岐部は、前記液体吐出部よりも鉛直方向の上側に位置しており、
前記第2流路は、前記分岐部から鉛直方向の上側へ延びている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の熱交換器冷却システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1開閉弁を閉じ且つ前記第2開閉弁を開いた状態で前記ポンプを作動させ、その後に前記第1開閉弁を開く請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の熱交換器冷却システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記ポンプを停止させる場合、前記第1開閉弁及び前記第2開閉弁を閉じる請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の熱交換器冷却システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記ポンプを停止させる場合、前記第1開閉弁を前記第2開閉弁よりも先に閉じる請求項5に記載の熱交換器冷却システム。
- 前記冷媒の温度を検出する温度センサを備え、
前記制御部は、前記温度センサの検出結果に基づいて前記ポンプの作動と前記第1開閉弁及び前記第2開閉弁の開閉とを制御する請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項に記載の熱交換器冷却システム。
