Description
0.6重量部の樹脂(例えばフェノール樹脂)
0.6重量部のイソシアネート
0.75重量比の孔形成剤、例えば、炭酸水素ナトリウム
・ケイ砂の秤量または容積測定的計量を行なう。
・バッチミキサーの中へケイ砂を作動させる。
・樹脂成分とイソシアネート成分を秤量ポンプにより計測する。計測は平行してまたは連続して行うことができる。
・両者の結合剤成分と平行して、または一つの結合剤成分と平行して、孔形成剤を連続して添加し、適切であるならば酸形成剤を添加する。
・混合時間は、望む要件とミキサーの型に依存して10から120秒である。
・湿った混合物をキャスト・シューティング機械上で加工する。
・コアを除去する。
・例えば200℃で熱処理を行い、熱処理は様々に、適用に依って行うことが可能である。
・実際の鋳造操作のために、完成したコアを砂型の中に設置する。
Claims (6)
- 鋳型基材および結合剤に基づいて、鋳型材料から鋳造コアまたは型を作製する工程であって、該結合剤はフェノール樹脂およびイソシアネートからなり、
炭酸アンモニウム、炭酸水素アンモニウム、炭酸ナトリウムおよび/または炭酸水素ナトリウムであり、かつ酸性化剤として酒石が添加された孔形成剤が該鋳型材料へ添加されることを特徴とする上記工程。 - 前記酸性化剤は、二酸化炭素が放出される量および/または二酸化炭素が放出される時間を制御するために前記孔形成剤へ添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の工程。
- 形成されたコアまたは型を熱処理にかけることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2の少なくとも一つの請求項記載の工程。
- 前記結合剤は1:1の比のフェノール樹脂成分およびイソシアネート成分から成り、該2成分はケイ砂を含む鋳型材料の中へ同時に導入され、その後混合されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3の少なくとも一つの請求項記載の工程。
- 結合剤と同時にまたはそれに引き続いて、孔形成剤がコア鋳造材料混合物へ添加される、請求項1から請求項4の少なくとも一つの請求項記載の工程。
- 結合剤の1成分または2つまたはそれ以上の成分と共に孔形成剤を添加することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4の少なくとも一つの請求項記載の工程。
