Claims (4)
- コンロッドのブッシュを円周方向について位置決めした状態で所定位置まで供給し、コンロッドの圧入孔に圧入する装置であり、前記位置決めは、ブッシュに形成された被検知部を検知することでなされるコンロッドのブッシュの供給圧入装置であって、
後退位置において、孔の向きを鉛直方向としてブッシュをその載置テーブル面に載置し、ブッシュの外周面を把持するチャック装置からなる把持手段と、
ブッシュを把持した状態の前記把持手段をブッシュの孔軸回りに回転させる回転手段と、
前記回転手段により回転しているブッシュの周縁部に形成された切欠きからなる被検知部を検知する検知手段と、
前記被検知部が検知されたときに前記把持手段の回転を停止させる停止手段と、
前記停止手段により停止した前記把持手段を前記後退位置から所定位置まで前進移動させる移動手段と、
前記所定位置まで下降して前記把持手段からブッシュを受け取り、このブッシュをコンロッドの圧入孔に圧入する圧入ヘッドと、
を備え、
ブッシュは、前記後退位置において前記載置テーブル面に載置されて前記把持手段により把持されたときから、前記所定位置において前記圧入ヘッドに受け取られるまでの間、常に前記載置テーブル面に載置された状態で前記把持手段により把持されていることを特徴とするコンロッドのブッシュの供給圧入装置。 - 前記検知手段は、昇降自在であって、下降した際にブッシュの周縁部に圧接され、前記切欠きに係合可能な検知部材を備えた構成からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンロッドのブッシュの供給圧入装置。
- パーツフィーダ側から供給されるブッシュを受け取って把持し、水平方向の軸回りに180度反転して、前記後退位置に位置した前記チャック装置にブッシュを渡すアーム部を有するアーム装置を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のコンロッドのブッシュの供給圧入装置。
- 前記アーム装置のアーム部がブッシュを受け取る位置から前記圧入ヘッドの下方の前記所定位置までのブッシュの供給経路が平面視して直線上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコンロッドのブッシュの供給圧入装置。
