Description
図1(A)に示すように、本発明の撮像装置としてのデジタルカメラ10の正面には、低照度の場合に発光されるストロボ12と、撮影される被写体像からの光が入射するファインダー窓14と、被写体像を結像させるための光学ユニット16と、が設けられている。また、デジタルカメラ10の側面には、撮影によって得られた画像データをデジタルデータとして記憶する可搬型の記録メディア18(図2参照、図1では省略)を装着可能なスロット20が設けられている。
上記第1の実施の形態では、露光時間の長短に関わりなく、発生するノイズ成分が略一定の静的な特性を有する欠陥画素の画素補正を行う場合を説明したが、本実施の形態では、露光時間が長くなるほど、該欠陥画素によるノイズ成分の発生量が増加する温度白キズ等の動的な特性を有する欠陥画素と、上記第1の実施の形態で説明した静的な特性を有する欠陥画素の双方について補正を行う場合を説明する。

Claims (3)
- 被写体に応じた光を光電変換する複数の光電変換素子を備えた固体撮像素子によって撮影画像の画像データを得る撮像手段と、
前記固体撮像素子における不連続な欠陥画素各々の位置情報を記憶する第1の記憶手段と、
前記固体撮像素子における連続した欠陥画素各々の位置情報を記憶する前記第1の記憶手段よりアクセス速度の速い第2の記憶手段と、
撮影モードを示すモード情報を取得する取得手段と、
前記取得手段によって取得したモード情報が連続して撮影画像の画像データを得る連写撮影モードまたは動画像の画像データを得る動画撮影モードを示すモード情報のときは、前記撮像手段によって得られた画像データの、前記第2の記憶手段に記憶された位置情報に応じた欠陥画素に対応する画像データを補正し、前記取得手段によって取得したモード情報が静止画像の画像データを得る静止画撮影モードを示すモード情報のときは、前記撮像手段によって得られた画像データの、前記第2の記憶手段及び前記第1の記憶手段に記憶された位置情報に応じた欠陥画素に対応する画像データを補正する補正手段と、
を備えた撮像装置。 - 前記第1の記憶手段は、前記欠陥画素の位置情報を圧縮して記憶し、前記補正手段は、前記取得手段によって取得したモード情報が静止画像の画像データを得る静止画撮影モードを示すモード情報のときは、前記撮像手段によって得られた画像データの、前記第2の記憶手段に記憶された位置情報及び前記第1の記憶手段に記憶された圧縮された欠陥画素の位置情報を解凍した位置情報に応じた欠陥画素に対応する画像データを補正する請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記補正手段は、前記欠陥画素に対応する画像データを該欠陥画素の周囲の画素の画像データによって補間することにより該欠陥画素に対応する画像データを補正する請求項1または請求項2に記載の撮像装置。
