まず,図4〜図5Bに基づいて,本発明の第1の実施形態にかかる平板表示素子のパッド部について説明する。ここで,図4は,本発明の第1の実施形態にかかる平板表示素子のパッド部を示す写真である。また,図5Aおよび図5Bは,図4の線B−B′に沿った工程断面図であり,相互に関連させて説明する。
次に,図6に基づいて,第2の実施形態にかかる平板表示素子のパッドについて説明する。ここで,図6は,本実施形態にかかる平板表示素子のパッドを示した断面図である。

Claims (10)
- 表示素子部を備える基板上部に設けられ,前記表示素子部と電気的に連結されるパッドを備え,
前記パッドは,
前記基板上部に設けられるパッド電極と;
前記パッド電極の上部に設けられ,前記パッド電極を露出させる複数のコンタクトホールを備える保護膜と;
前記保護膜を備えた全体表面上部に設けられ,前記パッド電極の一部を露出させて,前記コンタクトホールの底部の前記パッド電極に一部重なる反射膜パターンと;
前記反射膜パターンを備えた前記コンタクトホールの底部に露出した前記パッド電極の上部に設けられた透明電極と;
を含むことを特徴とする,平板表示素子。 - 前記パッド電極は,モリブデン(Mo)またはモリブデン−タングステン(MoW)から形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の平板表示素子。
- 前記保護膜は,シリコン酸化膜,シリコン窒化膜およびシリコン酸化窒化膜で構成される群から選択される一つ以上の薄膜から形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の平板表示素子。
- 前記反射膜は,アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金物質から形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の平板表示素子。
- 前記平板表示素子は,有機電界発光表示素子または液晶表示素子であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の平板表示素子。
- 表示素子部を備える基板上部に設けられ,前記表示素子部と電気的に連結されるパッドを備える平板表示素子の製造方法において:
前記パッドを製造する工程は,
前記基板上部にパッド電極を形成する段階と;
前記パッド電極の全体表面上部に保護膜を形成する段階と;
前記保護膜の全体表面上部に前記パッド電極を露出させる複数のコンタクトホールを形成する段階と;
前記全体表面上部に反射膜を形成する段階と;
前記反射膜を除去して前記コンタクトホール底部のパッド電極を露出させ,前記反射膜を前記パッド電極に一部重畳させる段階と;
前記全体表面上部に透明電極を形成する段階と;
を含んでなることを特徴とする,平板表示素子の製造方法。 - 前記パッド電極は,モリブデン(Mo)またはモリブデン−タングステン(MoW)から形成されることを特徴とする,請求項6に記載の平板表示素子の製造方法。
- 前記保護膜は,シリコン酸化膜,シリコン窒化膜およびシリコン酸化窒化膜で構成される群から選択される一つ以上の薄膜から形成されることを特徴とする,請求項6または7のいずれかに記載の平板表示素子の製造方法。
- 前記反射膜は,アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金物質から形成されることを特徴とする,請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の平板表示素子の製造方法。
- 前記平板表示素子は,有機電界発光表示素子または液晶表示素子であることを特徴とする,請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載の平板表示素子の製造方法。
