Description
アンモニア水溶液を貯留した滴下槽と、硝酸ウラニルを含有する滴下原液を前記アンモニア水溶液中に滴下する複数の滴下ノズルと、前記複数の滴下ノズルを同時に振動させる1基の加振器とを備え、
前記滴下ノズルごとに滴下原液の滴下流量を調節可能な流量調節手段が設けられて成ることを特徴とする重ウラン酸アンモニウム粒子製造装置である。

Claims (1)
- アンモニア水溶液を貯留した滴下槽と、硝酸ウラニルを含有する滴下原液を前記アンモニア水溶液中に滴下する複数の滴下ノズルと、前記複数の滴下ノズルを同時に振動させる1基の加振器とを備え、
前記滴下ノズルごとに前記滴下原液の滴下流量を調節可能な流量調節手段が設けられて成ることを特徴とする重ウラン酸アンモニウム粒子製造装置。
