Claims (9)
- フィン管群の両端部の外周に冷媒漏れ防止溝を形成するステップと、
前記フィン管群の端部に管群ヘッダーが二重射出されるステップと、
前記管群ヘッダーが二重射出された後、前記フィン管群と前記管群ヘッダーとが所定の治具および加熱源によって熱融着されるステップを含むことを特徴とする熱交換器の冷媒漏れ防止構造の形成方法。 - 前記冷媒漏れ防止溝は、冷媒管の外周に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器の冷媒漏れ防止構造の形成方法。
- 前記管群ヘッダーの形成中に、前記冷媒漏れ防止溝に射出液が入って、冷媒漏れ防止突起が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器の冷媒漏れ防止構造の形成方法。
- 前記熱交換器は、冷蔵庫の凝縮器であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器の冷媒漏れ防止構造の形成方法。
- 前記冷媒漏れ防止溝は、螺旋状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器の冷媒漏れ防止構造の形成方法。
- 前記冷媒漏れ防止溝は、円形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器の冷媒漏れ防止構造の形成方法。
- 前記冷媒漏れ防止溝は、同じ形状が繰り返して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器の冷媒漏れ防止構造の形成方法。
- 前記冷媒漏れ防止溝は、フィン管群において冷媒管の外周に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器の冷媒漏れ防止構造の形成方法。
- 前記冷媒漏れ防止溝は、冷媒管に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器の冷媒漏れ防止構造の形成方法。
