Abstract

本发明公开了一种吸收扩散式制冷机芯的制造方法,其关键是将由发生器、精馏器、冷凝器、吸收器、蒸发器和储液罐等组成的吸收扩散式制冷机芯的所有金属管道的内外壁均进行发黑防腐处理,隔离机芯的金属部件与工质的直接接触,并在制冷机芯整体经加压检测,工质灌装封闭后,将机芯集中堆放在气温较高的室内一段时间,以肉眼再次检验是否有工质泄漏点。剔除泄漏机芯后,就能保证剩余的制冷机芯不会再发生慢性泄漏现象。采用本发明提供的方法生产吸收扩散式制冷机芯就能防止工质变质失效及管道慢性泄漏现象,使得吸收扩散式冰箱的使用寿命大为延长,能够达到或超过国家规定的使用年限。

Description

一种吸收扩散式制冷机芯的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种制冷机芯制造方法,特别是一种吸收扩散式制冷机芯的制造方法。
背景技术
在现有的吸收扩散式制冷机芯是由发生器、精馏器、冷凝器、吸收器、蒸发器和储液罐等组成,以氨、氨水和氦为工质,利用热虹吸为动力,氨循环制冷,达到与氟里昂压缩式制冷机芯同样的制冷性能,所以比较环保。由于整个系统处于相同压力之下,所以没有溶液泵和膨胀阀,也没有任何运动部件和阀门,由于设备之间全部用管道焊接,因此系统运转平稳,无噪声和振动,成本低,非常适合于家用及宾馆客房。另外,吸收式制冷可以利用多种能源,除电加热外,尚可采用可燃气体(如煤气、液化石油气、沼气等)、煤油、蜂窝煤、燃炉余热等来加热,对缺少电源电区也有一定的使用价值。但以现有技术制造的吸收扩散式制冷机芯均存在较为明显的缺点,即随着使用时间的增加其制冷效率下降显著,这是由于工质与金属制成的制冷机芯管壁长期接触后逐渐变质失效、管道慢性泄漏或堵塞引起的,因而使用寿命不长,达不到规定的使用年限,影响了该种制冷机芯极其冰箱的大量推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有制造技术中的缺点,提供一种新的吸收扩散式制冷机芯的制造方法,使得使用该种机芯的吸收扩散式冰箱的使用寿命大大延长,能够达到或超过规定的使用年限,以利于该种环保冰箱的大量推广应用。
本发明是这样实现的:将由发生器、精馏器、冷凝器、吸收器、蒸发器和储液罐等组成的吸收扩散式制冷机芯的所有金属管道的内外壁均进行发黑防腐处理,隔离机芯的金属部件与工质的直接接触,并在制冷机芯整体经加压检测,工质灌装封闭后,将机芯集中堆放在气温为70-90℃的室内10-18小时,以肉眼再次检验是否有工质泄漏点。剔除泄漏机芯后,就能保证剩余的制冷机芯不会再发生慢性泄漏现象。采用本发明提供的方法生产吸收扩散式制冷机芯就能防止工质变质失效及管道慢性泄漏现象,使得吸收扩散式冰箱的使用寿命大为延长,能够达到或超过国家规定的使用年限。
具体实施方式
将制造吸收扩散式制冷机芯的焊接钢管及所有钢铁构件放到化学发黑液中进行发黑防腐处理,使机芯管壁的内部形成一致密的氧化保护层,隔离机芯的铁质部件与工质的直接接触。然后将各个构件以焊接的方式连接在一起,形成制冷机芯的整体,并在制冷机芯的适当位置留有一段用于充气或灌装工质的细长充液管,取消原有工艺焊接在充液管顶端用于充气或灌装工质时的接口螺母。然后通过专用输气锁紧接口经充液管将制冷机芯整体充入高压氮气并放入水槽检查是否有漏气,剔除泄漏机芯后再进行工质的灌装。在灌装工质时直接将充液管插入具有橡胶密封锁紧扣的工质输送管接口,进行工质的灌装。免除了原来灌装工质时必须拧紧接口螺母,灌装完成后再松开接口螺母的繁琐工序。这样不仅可以提高压力测漏及灌装工质的工效,还可以节约原料成本及减少焊接工艺环节。在制冷机芯工质灌装完成及封闭充液管后集中堆放在气温为70-90℃的烘房内10-18小时。这时工质由于受到高温的烘烤,形成了较高的内压,若机芯存在细微的缺陷,工质就会析出并在机芯管壁表面形成明显的痕迹,通过肉眼就能很容易地辩别缺陷机芯并挑选出来。通过这样的制作方法及检测工序生产出来的吸收扩散式制冷机芯其测试及实际使用已经达到6年,还没有任何故障出现,超过国家规定的使用寿命一倍以上。

1、一种吸收扩散式制冷机芯的制造方法,其特征在于:将由发生器、精馏器、冷凝器、吸收器、蒸发器和储液罐等组成的吸收扩散式制冷机芯的所有金属管道的内外壁均进行发黑防腐处理,隔离机芯的金属部件与工质的直接接触,并在制冷机芯整体经加压检测,工质灌装、封闭充液管后,将机芯集中堆放在气温为70-90℃的室内10-18小时,以肉眼再次检验是否有工质泄漏点。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种吸收扩散式制冷机芯的制造方法,其特征在于说的金属管道是指焊接钢管。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种吸收扩散式制冷机芯的制造方法,其特征在于所说的工质灌装时,直接将用于充气或灌装工质的充液管插入具有橡胶密封锁紧扣的输送管接口,进行充气或工质的灌装,取消原有工艺中充液时采用接口螺母的形式。
