Claims (8)
- 所望の複分解反応生成物に対する優れた選択性を示すとともに、好ましくない二重結合異性化反応生成物の生成を最小限に抑える触媒であって、
シリカ担体と、このシリカ担体に担持された遷移金属またはその酸化物とから成り、
前記シリカ担体は、150ppm未満のマグネシウムと、900ppm未満のカルシウムと、900ppm未満のナトリウムと、200ppm未満のアルミニウムと、40ppm未満の鉄とを含む高純度シリカ担体であり、
前記遷移金属またはその酸化物は、タングステン、モリブデン、レニウム、またはこれらの酸化物、およびこれらの混合物から成る群より選択され、触媒の1から20重量パーセントに相当する量が前記シリカ担体に担持されていることを特徴とする複分解触媒。 - 1つまたは複数のオレフィンを含む供給原料を提供し、この供給原料を、複分解反応条件下で複分解触媒と接触させ、二重結合異性化反応を最小限に抑えるかまたは除去して所望の複分解反応生成物を与える複分解方法であって、
前記複分解反応条件は、50℃から600℃の温度と、3から200の重量時間当たり空間速度(WHSV)と、69kPa(10psig)から4135kPa(600psig)の圧力とを含み、
前記複分解触媒は、シリカ担体と、このシリカ担体に担持された遷移金属またはその酸化物とから成り、前記シリカ担体は、150ppm未満のマグネシウムと、900ppm未満のカルシウムと、900ppm未満のナトリウムと、200ppm未満のアルミニウムと、40ppm未満の鉄とを含む高純度シリカ担体であり、
前記遷移金属またはその酸化物は、タングステン、モリブデン、レニウム、またはこれらの酸化物、およびこれらの混合物から成る群より選択され、触媒の1から20重量パーセントに相当する量が前記シリカ担体に担持されていることを特徴とする複分解方法。 - 前記供給原料は、プロピレン、1−ブテン、2−ブテン、1−ペンテン、2−ペンテン、2,4,4−トリメチル−2−ペンテン、2,4,4−トリメチル−1−ペンテン、1−ヘキセン、2−ヘプテン、1−オクテン、2−ノネン、1−ドデセン、2−テトラデセン、1−ヘキサデセン、1−フェニル−2−ブテン、4−オクテン、3−エイコセン、3−ヘキセン、2−メチ−4−オクテン、4−ビニルシクロヘキセン、1,5,9,13,17−オクタデカペンテン、8−シクロペンチル−4,5−ジメチル−1−デセン、および3−ヘプテンから成る群より選択される少なくとも1つのオレフィンを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の複分解方法。
- 前記供給原料は、ブテン−1を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の複分解方法。
- 前記複分解反応条件は、200℃から350℃の温度と、6から40の重量時間当たり空間速度(WHSV)と、207kPa(30psig)から689kPa(100psig)の圧力とを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の複分解方法。
- 前記オレフィンは、液相であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の複分解方法。
- 前記オレフィンは、気相であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の複分解方法。
- 前記オレフィンは、0.1秒間から4時間の範囲にある時間、前記複分解触媒と接触されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の複分解方法。
