Description
Claims (5)
- 外部からの動力によって回転する駆動側回転体と、駆動側回転体によって回転する従動側回転体とを備え、駆動側回転体及び従動側回転体のそれぞれに周方向に間隔をおいて軸方向に突出するように設けた複数の突出部を互いに周方向に対向させるとともに、駆動側回転体の各突出部と従動側回転体の各突出部との間にそれぞれブロック状の緩衝ゴムを介在させ、各緩衝ゴムを介して駆動側回転体の回転力を従動側回転体に伝達するようにした動力伝達装置において、
前記緩衝ゴムと突出部との間に緩衝ゴムを駆動側及び従動側回転体の周方向に付勢する弾性部材を設け、
弾性部材を突出部に係合する略コ字状の部材によって形成し、弾性部材の両端側を突出部の両側に位置する緩衝ゴムにそれぞれ圧接する一対の弾性片によって形成した
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記弾性部材を緩衝ゴムと突出部との間に予め圧縮状態で弾性変形するように介在させた
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記各弾性片間に突出部が圧入されるように各弾性片間の一部の間隔を突出部の幅寸法よりも小さく形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記各弾性片を弾性部材の両端側を幅方向外側に折り返すことによって形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記従動側回転体の回転力を他の従動側回転体に伝達するとともに、各従動側回転体間との間に所定の大きさ以上のトルクが生ずると、各従動側回転体間の動力の伝達を遮断する動力遮断機構を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4記載の動力伝達装置。
