Description
Claims (5)
- 加熱媒体として耐熱オイルを用いた加熱機構を有し、前記加熱機構により被処理液を減圧下で加熱蒸発させる蒸留釜と、
前記蒸留釜に連通接続され、前記被処理液の蒸気を凝縮液化する冷却器と、
前記冷却器を介して前記蒸留釜に連通接続された真空発生手段を備え、
前記加熱機構は、前記蒸留釜内に配設された第1の熱交換流路および前記蒸留釜の外周を囲うように配設された第2の熱交換流路と、前記耐熱オイルを加熱するオイル加熱器と、前記オイル加熱器で加熱された前記耐熱オイルを前記熱交換流路を介して循環させる循環ポンプとを具備し、
前記加熱された耐熱オイルを前記第1の熱交換流路から前記第2の熱交換流路の順に流通させるよう構成したことを特徴とする減圧蒸留装置。 - 請求項1記載の減圧蒸留装置において、
前記第1の熱交換流路は前記蒸留釜内の下部に配設され、前記第2の熱交換流路は前記蒸留釜の外周の下部を囲うように配設されていることを特徴とする減圧蒸留装置。 - 請求項1記載の減圧蒸留装置において、
前記オイル加熱器に別個に作動可能な複数の加熱器を配設すると共に、前記加熱された耐熱オイルの温度を検知するオイル温度検知器を配設し、前記オイル温度検知器により検知した前記耐熱オイルの温度に応じて、前記複数の加熱器の作動状態を制御するよう構成したことを特徴とする減圧蒸留装置。 - 請求項1記載の減圧蒸留装置において、
前記蒸留釜内に前記被処理液を供給する配管系に液位調節器を設け、前記第1の熱交換流路および第2の熱交換流路がいずれも前記蒸留釜内に収容された前記被処理液の液面より下方に位置するように、前記液位調節器を作動させることを特徴とする減圧蒸留装置。 - 請求項1記載の減圧蒸留装置において、
前記被処理液は、汚れ成分を含む非水系溶剤であり、前記減圧下での加熱蒸発および凝縮液化により、前記非水系溶剤を再生することを特徴とする減圧蒸留装置。
