一実施例を示す縦断正面図、第４図はその縦断側面図を
夫々示す。 尚、図中１′は間接槽、２は蒸気乾燥槽、３は媒体液、
４はヒータ、５は有機溶剤、１０はポンプ、１２は底板
、１３は側壁、１４は媒体液ジャケット、１５は加熱パ
イプ、１６は接続管である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 有機溶剤５を充填した蒸気乾燥槽２の下部−側壁１３に
    媒体液ジャケット１４を固定し、この媒体液ジャケット
    １４を除く側壁及び底板１２をヒータ４で加熱する媒体
    液３を充填した間接槽１′で覆い、媒体液ジャケット１
    ４と間接槽１′とを有機溶剤５中を通る加熱パイプ１５
    で連通し、更にポンプ１０を有する接続管１６で循環す
    るように接続したことを特徴とする有機溶剤を用いた蒸
    気乾燥装置。
