Description
両面易接着処理を行ったポリエステルの支持フィルム上にポリカーボネート系無黄変型ウレタン樹脂NY-331(大日本インキ化学工業社製、不揮発分約25%、溶剤DMF、100%モジュラス約55kg)を用い、乾燥膜厚が約30μmになるように塗布し、約140℃で約10分間加熱乾燥を行い、基体層の第2層を形成した。続いて上記第2層の表面に下記配合のフッ素系樹脂塗料を乾燥膜厚が約20μmになるように塗布し、約140℃で約10分間加熱乾燥を行い、基体層の表面層を形成した。
(1)フルオネートK-703(大日本インキ化学工業社製、商品名)100部
(2)バーノックDN-950(大日本インキ化学工業社製、商品名) 25部
(3)紫外線吸収剤チヌビン900(チバガイギー社製、商品名) 1部
(4)紫外線吸収剤チヌビン292(チバガイギー社製、商品名) 1部
このようにして得られた積層樹脂フィルムの支持フィルムの裏面に図2に示す通りアクリル系粘着剤ファインタックSPS−1016(大日本インキ化学工業社製、商品名)約100部と架橋剤ファインタックTA−101−K(同)約2部の混合溶液を塗布し、乾燥して約35μmの粘着剤層3を形成し、さらにこの粘着剤層の塗布面にシリコーンコートしたポリエステルフィルム4を貼り合わせて基体層を作製した。
(1)パテラコールK−510P 100部
(2)ユニオン硝子社製ガラスビーズ(中心粒径13μm) 3部
(仮表示層に占める体積%:約5.2%)
このようにして作製した仮表示層付印刷用積層体の仮表示層にインクジェット方式の一種であるピエゾ方式のプリンター(武藤工業社製RJ−6000)により画像を印刷した。この時使用した昇華型インクジェツト用インクは昇華性染料を含有する紀和化学工業社製インクジェツト用インク(シアン、マゼンタ、イエロー、ブラック、ライトシアン、ライトマゼンタの6色セット)を使用した。このようにして作製した画像表示付積層フィルムを下記の2通りの方法によって加熱処理を実施した。
(A)熱風乾燥機(ヤマト科学社製、Fine Oven DF62)を約170℃に設定し約7分間加熱処理を実施して昇華性染料を昇華させて、基体層側に転写印刷し、その後、仮表示層を剥離した。
(B)ヒートバキュームアプリケーター(HUNT EUROPE社製 Vacu Seal4468)を使用して真空度30mmHg、設定温度約170℃で約7分間加熱圧着処理を実施した。このとき、仮表示層の表面に保護紙を当てて加熱圧着処理を行った後、前記方法(A)と同様に仮表示層を剥離した。
仮表示層に使用する水性樹脂組成物及び構造を下記のように変更する以外は、構造、寸法及び製造方法等は実施例1の場合と同様である。
(1)パテラコールIJ−70 70部
(2)パテラコールIJ−150 30部
(上記配合組成物の固形分中の多孔質顔料含有率:約25%)
このようにして作製した仮表示層付印刷用積層体の仮表示層に、実施例1と同様の方法にて画像を印刷した。その後、実施例1に記載した(A)及び(B)の方法にて加熱転写を行った。
仮表示層に使用する水性樹脂組成物及び構造を下記のように変更する以外は、構造、寸法及び製造方法等は実施例1の場合と同様である。
基体層の表面層21用の樹脂組成物の混合液を下記のように変更する以外は、構造、寸法及び製造方法等は実施例3の場合と同様である。詳述すると、表面層21用樹脂組成物の配合例は、重量平均分子量約30000のテトラフルオロエチレン/ピバリン酸ビニル/エチルビニルエーテル/トリメトキシシリルエチルビニルエーテル=40/25/15/20(重量比)共重合体の溶液(溶剤:トルエン/n−ブタノール=70/30重量比の混合溶剤、不揮発分:約50%)が約100部、そして、ジブチル錫ジアセテートが約0.5部、シーソーブ102(白石カルシウム社製)が約1部である。
基体層の表面層21用の樹脂組成物の混合液を下記のように変更する以外は、構造、寸法、及び製造方法等は、実施例3の場合と同様である。詳述すると、表面層21用樹脂組成物の配合例は、フルオネート K−700が約100部、重量平均分子量20,000のイソブチルメタアクリレート/n−ブチルアクリレート/β−ヒドロキシエチルメタアクリレート=65/20/15(重量比)共重合体の溶液(溶剤はトルエン/酢酸ブチル=70/30重量比の混合溶剤、不揮発分約50%)が約30部、バーノックDN−980(大日本インキ化学工業社製、商品名)、ポリイソシアネート樹脂、不揮発分約75%、イソシアネート含有率約15.0%)が約26.4部、チヌビン900が約1部、チヌビン292が約1部である。
基体層の第2層22用の樹脂組成物を下記のように変更する以外は、構造、寸法及び製造方法等は実施例3の場合と同様である。詳述すると、第2層22用樹脂組成物の配合例は、バーノックD6−439(大日本インキ化学工業社製アルキッド樹脂、固形分水酸基価140、不揮発分80%)が約100部、硬化剤としてバーノックDN−980(大日本インキ化学工業社製ポリイソシアネート、不揮発分75%)を約82部である。
仮表示層の上層に使用する水性樹脂組成物を下記のように変更する以外は、構造、寸法及び製造方法等は実施例3の場合と同様である。すなわち、仮表示層の上層用樹脂組成物の配合例は、高松油脂社製(商品名)MZ−100(固形分約15%、固形分中の多孔質顔料含有率:約56%)100部、分子量約3000の50%水溶液であるポリエチレングリコールが約15部である。
実施例2〜5で作製した仮表示層付印刷用積層体の仮表示層に実施例1と同様の方法により、エプソン社製顔料タイプインクジェット用インクを用いて旧来の表示を印刷した後、加熱処理を施さずに本来目的とする新規情報を表示した表示板の表面に貼り付け、当該表示板の使用を開始するまでの期間仮情報として表示した。仮表示期間経過後、仮表示層を剥がすと、本来目的とする表示が現れ、高耐候性の透明樹脂フィルムで表面を保護された表示物が得られた。
仮表示層に使用する水性樹脂組成物及び構造を下記のように変更する以外は、構造、寸法及び製造方法等は実施例1の場合と同様である。
仮表示層に使用する水性樹脂組成物として大日本インキ化学工業社製(商品名)パテラコールK−51OP(固形分約15.5%)を使用する以外は、構造、寸法及び製造方法等は比較例1の場合と同様である。
仮表示層に使用する水性樹脂組成物として大日本インキ化学工業社製(商品名)パテラコールIJ−50(固形分約15.0%)を使用する以外は、構造、寸法及び製造方法等は比較例1の場合と同様である。

★5 紀和化学工業社製昇華型インクジェット用インクを用いて武藤工業社製RJ−6000にてJIS X 9204:2000準拠高精細カラーデジタル標準画像のカラーチャートを720dpiで印刷を行い、印刷後、10分後に印刷面に上質紙を乗せてアルミニウム板に挟み、50g/cm2の荷重を1分間かけた後、上質紙に転写されるインク写りの有無を判定する。

★9 JIS Z 9117に記載のサンシャインカーボン式促進耐候性試験の条件に準拠、試験時間は1000時間、色差ΔEはJISZ8722に規定する刺激値直読方式によって測定し、「JISZ8730色差表示方法6」に規定する色差式を用いて求めた。
★10 南面45°屋外暴露試験(試験場所:和歌山県)試験期間は一年。
また、剥離後の光沢も低くなるため転写画像の鮮映性も悪かった。比較例2〜3のように多孔質顔料を含まない場合は、インクの乾燥性及び仮表示層と保護紙との剥離性に問題が生じ、ブロッキング性が悪かった。実施例1は、多孔質顔料の代わりに、ガラスビーズを使用した例であるが、上記欠点がかなり改善されている。一方、加熱処理方法(B)で、画像の鮮映性がやや低下しているが、これは、加熱時の圧により上面からガラスビーズが押されて基体層の表面層の光沢を低下させたことによるものであり、非接触加熱処理方法(A)では、良好な結果が得られた。

Claims (10)
- 印刷表示が可能な剥離性仮表示層と少なくとも一層の基体層とを積層した仮表示層付印刷用積層体を用いた印刷方法であって、
前記仮表示層が2層以上で構成され、前記2層以上の仮表示層は前記基体層上に順次塗布して積層され、
前記基体層と接していない層は、昇華性の染色剤を含有したインクの吸収性があり、かつ前記昇華性の染色剤を昇華させて基体層に拡散染色させるための加熱処理をしたときにブロッキング現象を起こさない樹脂組成物で形成し、
さらに前記仮表示層には多孔質顔料が配合されており、前記基体層と接していない層は、前記基体層と接している層より高い濃度に配合されており、
前記基体層は前記昇華性の染色剤の拡散染色が可能な透明樹脂フィルムであり、
前記仮表示層に顔料を含有したインクで仮情報を印刷することにより、基体層と接していない層にインクを吸収させることを特徴とする印刷方法。 - 前記印刷が、インクジェット法による印刷である請求項1に記載の印刷方法。
- 前記剥離性仮表示層と基体層との剥離力Aが0.008N/10mm以上1.18N/10mm以下で、かつ、前記仮表示層の破断強度BがA<Bの関係にある請求項1又は2に記載の印刷方法。
- 前記剥離性仮表示層の前記基体層と接している面側には光沢があり、60°光沢が30以上である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の印刷方法。
- 前記剥離性仮表示層の前記基体層と接していない層にはアルコール系化合物が配合されている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の印刷方法。
- 前記基体層の表面層は溶剤に可溶なフルオロオレフィン系共重合体からなるフッ素系樹脂フィルムで形成されている請求項1〜5のずれか1項に記載の印刷方法。
- 前記フッ素系樹脂フィルムは反応性官能基を有する溶剤に可溶なフルオロオレフィン系共重合体と、前記反応性官能基と反応する硬化剤及び硬化触媒から選ばれる少なくとも一つとの反応により形成されている請求項6に記載の印刷方法。
- 前記基体層を構成する層のうち、前記フッ素系樹脂フィルムに接する層がウレタン系樹脂で形成されている請求項6又は7に記載の印刷方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の印刷方法を用いて、前記仮表示層の基体層と接していない層に、顔料を含有したインクで仮情報を印刷したことを特徴とする仮表示物。
- 請求項9に記載の仮表示物を新規情報を表示した表示板の表面に貼り付け、仮表示として使用した後、前記仮表示が不要となったときに前記仮表示層を剥離すると、前記透明樹脂フィルムで表面を保護された本来の表示が現れることを特徴とする仮表示方法。
