【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本考案は例えばワンボックスタイ
プの自動車のバックドアに取付けられるリヤコンビネー
ションランプの取付構造に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】図２に示すようにワンボックスタイプの
自動車(1) には車体本体側のコンビネーションランプ
(3) とさらにバックドア(2) にコンビネーションランプ
(4) が取付けられている。従来は図３に示すようにバッ
クドア(2) のインナパルネル(5) を膨出させることによ
ってアウタパネル(6) との間にハウジング(7) を形成
し、アウタパネル(6) に設けた取付孔(8) を介してコン
ビネーションランプ(4) のフレーム(4A)を取付け、アウ
タパネル(6) と該フレーム(4A)の一端とをスタットボル
ト(9) とナット(10)とにより締結し、他端をクリップ(1
1)により止着していた。そして該ハウジング(7) の側部
においてアウタパネル(6) の剛性を確保するためにイン
ナパルネル(5) を重合し、該重合部(12)で相互接着して
いた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、上記従
来の構成では、アウタパネル(6) にコンビネーションラ
ンプ(4) のフレーム(4A)をボルト(9) およびナット(10)
によって取付け、更にアウタパネル(6) とインナパルネ
ル(5) との重合部(12)を接着すると云う手間がかゝる。

【課題を解決するための手段】本考案は上記従来の課題
を解決するための手段として、自動車(1) のバックドア
(2) のインナパルネル(5) を膨出させることによってア
ウタパネル(6) との間にハウジング(7) を形成し、アウ
タパネル(6) に設けられた取付孔(8) を介してランプフ
レーム(4A)を取付け、該ハウジング(7) 側部において該
ランプフレーム(4A)とアウタパネル(6) とインナパルネ
ル(5) とをボルト(9) とナット(10)により締結したリヤ
ランプ取付構造を提供するものである。

【作用】自動車(1) のコンビネーションランプ(4) のフ
レーム(4A)はバックドア(2) のインナパルネル(5) とア
ウタパネル(6) との間に形成されているハウジング(7)
に取付孔(8) を介してボルト(9) およびナット(10)によ
り取付けられるが、該ボルト(9) およびナット(10)によ
る締結部分に該インナパルネル(5) とアウタパネル(6)
との重合部(12)を位置せしめ、該インナパルネル(5) と
アウタパネル(6)とを該ボルト(9) およびナット(10)で
同時に締結する。

【実施例】本考案を図１に示す一実施例によって説明す
れば、自動車(1) のバックドア(2) の下側部において、
インナパルネル(5) を膨出せしめてアウタパネル(6) と
の間にハウジング(7) を形成し、該ハウジング(7) には
外側に取付孔(8) 、内側に作業孔(8A)を設け、該ハウジ
ング(7) の取付孔(8) を介してコンビネーションランプ
(4) のフレーム(4A)が取付けられ、該フレーム(4A)の一
端はスタットボルト(9) およびナット(10)によって締結
され、他端はクリップ(11)により止着されている。
【０００７】上記アウタパネル(6) はハウジング(7) の
側部においてインナパルネル(5) と重合されることによ
り剛性を確保されるが、この重合部(12)を該コンビネー
ションランプ(4) のフレーム(4A)のボルト(9) およびナ
ット(10)による締結部分に位置せしめる。

【考案の効果】したがって本考案では、アウタパネル
(6) とインナパルネル(5) との重合部(12)はボルト(9)
とナット(10)により締結されるから、接着することが不
要になり接着工程が省略される。

  1. 【請求項１】自動車のバックドアのインナパルネルを膨
    出させることによってアウタパネルとの間にハウジング
    を形成し、アウタパネルに設けられた取付孔を介してラ
    ンプフレームを取付け、該ハウジング側部において該ラ
    ンプフレームとアウタパネルとインナパルネルとをボル
    トとナットにより締結したことを特徴とするリヤランプ
    取付構造
