Abstract
Description
本出願は、2020年12月10日に出願された米国特許出願第17/117,284号に対する優先権、及び2019年12月17日に出願された米国仮出願第62/949,105号に対する優先権を主張するものであり、これらの開示内容は、参照によりそれらの全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
本開示は、ビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミドを生成するためのプロセスに関する。具体的には、本開示は、ビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミドを生成するための統合されたプロセスに関する。

この実施例では、フルオロ硫酸アンモニウム(AFS)が沈殿物を形成する条件下でのビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミドの収率に対する、反応媒体中のビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミド(HFSI)の効果。各試料1~8について、以下の表1に示すように、尿素を、撹拌しながら容器内でフルオロスルホン酸(FSA)にゆっくりと添加して、尿素及びFSAの溶液を形成した。尿素の添加中、温度を40℃未満に維持しながら、容器を窒素流下にした。尿素を添加した後、溶液を室温に平衡化させた。
Claims (10)
- ビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミドを生成するためのプロセスであって、
フルオロスルホン酸及び尿素を含む溶液を提供することであって、前記溶液が、約0℃~約70℃の溶液温度に維持される、提供することと、
前記溶液を、80℃~約170℃の反応温度で反応媒体の存在下で反応させて、ビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミド、フルオロ硫酸アンモニウム、及び前記反応媒体を含む生成物流を生成することと、
前記生成物流から前記フルオロ硫酸アンモニウムを分離して、中間生成物流を生成することと、
前記中間生成物流を濃縮生成物流と第1のリサイクル流とに分離することであって、前記濃縮生成物流が、前記第1のリサイクル流よりも高い濃度のビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミドを含む、分離することと、を含む、プロセス。 - 前記第1のリサイクル流を前記反応ステップへ再びリサイクルすることを更に含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1のリサイクル流を貯蔵タンクにリサイクルすることを更に含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記反応媒体が、フルオロスルホン酸を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。

- 前記提供ステップにおいて、前記フルオロスルホン酸及び尿素を含む溶液が、前記溶液温度で前記尿素と前記フルオロスルホン酸とを一緒に混合することによって形成される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。

前記フルオロスルホン酸及び尿素を含む溶液を受容するように前記容器に流体的に結合された反応器であって、前記反応器が、第2のフルオロスルホン酸入口流を含み、前記反応器が、ビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミド、フルオロ硫酸アンモニウム、及びフルオロスルホン酸を含む生成物流を生成するように構成されており、前記反応器が、80℃~約170℃の反応器温度を維持するように構成されている、反応器と、
前記生成物流に流体的に結合された第1の分離器であって、前記第1の分離器が、前記フルオロ硫酸アンモニウムを前記生成物流から分離して、中間生成物流を生成するように構成されている、第1の分離器と、
