Description
本出願は、2020年10月19日付の韓国特許出願第10-2020-0135221号及びこれに基づいて2021年10月01日付で再出願された韓国特許出願第10-2021-0130783号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。
溶融指数維持率(%)=[MIn+5/MIn]×100
(前記数式1において、MInは、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物を200~250℃及び250~400rpmの条件で押出加工をn回行った後、ASTM D1238に準拠して220℃、10kgの条件下で測定した溶融指数の値であり、MIn+5は、前記と同じ条件で押出加工をn+5回繰り返して行った後に測定した溶融指数の値を意味し、ここで、nは1~10の整数である。)
衝撃強度維持率(%)=[ImStn+5/ImStn]×100
(前記数式2において、ImStnは、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物を200~250℃及び250~400rpmの条件で押出加工をn回行った後、ASTM D256に準拠して試験片の厚さ1/8”の条件下で測定したアイゾット衝撃強度の値であり、ImStn+5は、前記と同じ条件で押出加工をn+5回繰り返して行った後に測定したアイゾット衝撃強度の値を意味し、ここで、nは1~10の整数である。)

前記(A)非再生熱可塑性樹脂は、前記ベース樹脂の総重量に対して20~90重量%含まれ、この場合、機械的物性、成形加工性、耐化学性及び外観品質に優れるという利点がある。前記ベース樹脂の総重量に含まれる前記(A)非再生熱可塑性樹脂の含量は、好ましい一例として20~80重量%、より好ましくは25~75重量%、より一層好ましくは25~70重量%であってもよく、この範囲内で、機械的物性、成形加工性、外観品質及び物性バランスがより優れ得る。
グラフト率(%)=[グラフトされた単量体の重量(g)/ゴム質の重量(g)]×100
重合転化率(%)=[総固形分含量(TSC)×(投入された単量体、イオン交換水及び副原料を合わせた総重量)/100]-(単量体及びイオン交換水以外に投入された副原料の重量)
前記(B)再生熱可塑性樹脂は、前記ベース樹脂の総重量に対して10~80重量%含まれ、この場合、機械的物性、成形加工性、耐化学性及び外観品質に優れるという利点がある。前記ベース樹脂の総重量に含まれる前記(B)再生熱可塑性樹脂の含量は、好ましい一例として20~80重量%、より好ましくは25~75重量%、より一層好ましくは30~75重量%であってもよく、この範囲内で、機械的物性、成形加工性、外観品質及び物性バランスがより優れ得る。
前記(C)エチレン化合物-ビニルアセテート化合物共重合体(以下、‘(C)共重合体’という)は、前記ベース樹脂100重量部に対して1~10重量部含まれてもよく、好ましくは1~8重量部、より好ましくは1~6重量部含まれてもよく、この場合、耐化学性及び外観品質がより優れ、繰り返される成形加工に対する物性維持率に優れるという利点がある。特に好ましい一例として、前記(C)共重合体は、前記ベース樹脂100重量部に対して1~5重量部、より好ましくは1~4重量部、他の好ましい一例として2~4重量部含まれてもよく、この場合、耐化学性及び外観品質がより優れ、繰り返される成形加工に対する物性維持率に優れ、成形品の断面で剥離が発生しないという利点がある。
前記(D)無機顔料は、前記ベース樹脂100重量部に対して、一例として0.01~10重量部含まれてもよく、好ましくは0.05~10重量部、より好ましくは0.1~10重量部、さらに好ましくは0.5~7重量部、より一層好ましくは1~5重量部、よりさらに好ましくは1~4重量部含まれてもよく、この範囲内で、他の物性の低下なしに、機械的物性及び外観品質がより優れるという利点がある。
本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、(A)非再生熱可塑性樹脂20~90重量%及び(B)再生熱可塑性樹脂10~80重量%を含むベース樹脂100重量部と、(C)エチレン化合物-ビニルアセテート化合物共重合体1~10重量部と、(D)無機顔料0.01~10重量部とを含み、この場合、従来のABS系樹脂の機械的物性、成形加工性及び耐化学性は維持しながら、成形加工の繰り返しによる物性の低下が防止されて物性維持率に優れるという効果がある。

本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、(A)非再生熱可塑性樹脂20~90重量%及び(B)再生熱可塑性樹脂10~80重量%を含むベース樹脂100重量部と;(C)エチレン化合物-ビニルアセテート化合物共重合体1~10重量部と;(D)無機顔料0.01~10重量部と;を含んで、200~280℃で混練及び押出するステップを含んで製造されてもよい。この場合、再生樹脂を過量含むにもかかわらず、既存のABS系樹脂固有の物性は維持しながら、外観特性及び繰り返される成形加工に対する物性維持率がいずれも優れるという効果がある。
本発明の成形品は、本記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を含むことを特徴とし、この場合、再生樹脂を含んで製造されたにもかかわらず、機械的物性、成形加工性、耐化学性及び外観品質に優れると共に、繰り返される成形加工に対する物性維持率に優れるという効果がある。
下記の実施例、比較例及び参照例で使用された物質は、次の通りである。
(A-2)芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体:アクリロニトリル由来の単位23重量%及びスチレン由来の単位77重量%であるSAN樹脂(重量平均分子量110,000g/mol;LG化学社の83SF)
(B-1)再生ビニルシアン化合物-共役ジエン化合物-芳香族ビニル化合物共重合体:溶融指数(220℃、10kg)が22g/10分であり、色差計(機器名Ci7860、X-Rite社)で測定したカラーL値*が31である再生ABS樹脂(CN Tech Korea社のA204)
(B-2)再生ビニルシアン化合物-共役ジエン化合物-芳香族ビニル化合物共重合体:溶融指数(220℃、10kg)が16g/10分であり、色差計(機器名Ci7860、X-Rite社)で測定したカラーL値*が85である再生ABS樹脂(CN Tech Korea社のA205LC)
(B-3)再生芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体:溶融指数(220℃、10kg)が37g/10分である再生SAN樹脂(CN Tech Korea社のS601)
(B-4)再生ポリカーボネート樹脂:溶融指数(300℃、1.2kg)が20g/10分であるビスフェノールA型再生ポリカーボネート樹脂(Easychem社のPC PW 20HT)
(C-1)エチレン化合物-ビニルアセテート化合物共重合体:溶融指数(190℃、2.16kg)が25g/10分であり、エチレン化合物由来の単位72重量%及びビニルアセテート化合物由来の単位28重量%を含んでなるEVA樹脂(LG化学社のEVEA28025)
(C-2)エチレン化合物-メチルアクリレート化合物共重合体:溶融指数(190℃、2.16kg)が2g/10分であり、エチレン化合物由来の単位76重量%及びメチルアクリレート化合物由来の単位24重量%を含んでなるEMA樹脂(Dupont社のElvaloy AC 1224)
(D-1)無機顔料:屈折率2.73であり、平均粒径250nmである二酸化チタン(Dupont社のR350)
(D-2)無機顔料:屈折率1.75であり、平均粒径58nmであるカーボンブラック(Orion Engineered Carbons社のHIBLACK170)
(D-3)無機顔料:屈折率1.46であり、平均粒径45μmである珪藻土(Dong-Sin社のSiO2n H2O、325mesh)
(A-1)非再生グラフト共重合体;(A-2)非再生共重合体;(B-1)~(B-4)の再生熱可塑性樹脂;(C-1)又は(C-2)共重合体;及び(D-1)又は(D-2)無機顔料;を、下記の表1及び表2に示された含量でスーパーミキサー(super mixer)を用いて混合し、二軸押出機(twin-screw extruder、スクリュー直径26mm、L/D=40)で押出温度230℃及びスクリュー回転速度320rpmの押出条件で押出してペレット状に製造した。
前記実施例、比較例及び参照例で製造された試験片の物性を下記の方法で測定し、その結果を下記の表2に示した。
物性維持率(%)=[(押出を5回追加した後の物性)/(初期物性)]×100
Claims (14)
- (A)非再生熱可塑性樹脂20~90重量%及び(B)再生熱可塑性樹脂10~80重量%を含むベース樹脂100重量部と、
(C)エチレン化合物-ビニルアセテート化合物共重合体1~10重量部と、
(D)無機顔料0.01~10重量部とを含み、
前記(D)無機顔料は、屈折率が1.65以上であり、平均粒径が10~500nmであることを特徴とする、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 下記数式1で計算される溶融指数維持率が80%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。

(前記数式1において、MInは、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物を200~250℃及び250~400rpmの条件で押出加工をn回行った後、ASTM D1238に準拠して220℃、10kgの条件下で測定した溶融指数の値(g/10分)であり、MIn+5は、前記と同じ条件で押出加工をn+5回繰り返して行った後に測定した溶融指数の値(g/10分)を意味し、ここで、nは1~10の整数である。) - 下記数式2で計算される衝撃強度維持率が80%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。

(前記数式2において、ImStnは、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物を200~250℃及び250~400rpmの条件で押出加工をn回行った後、ASTM D256に準拠して試験片の厚さ1/8”の条件下で測定したアイゾット衝撃強度の値(kgf・cm/cm)であり、ImStn+5は、前記と同じ条件で押出加工をn+5回繰り返して行った後に測定したアイゾット衝撃強度の値(kgf・cm/cm)を意味し、ここで、nは1~10の整数である。) - 200mm×10mm×3.2mmのサイズの試験片を1%の応力を有する曲率ジグ(jig)に固定し、Nanox洗剤(LION社製)1ccを塗布した後、試験片の表面にクラックが発生する時間として測定される耐化学性(ESCR)が20時間(hour)以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(A)非再生熱可塑性樹脂は、(A-1)非再生ビニルシアン化合物-共役ジエン化合物-芳香族ビニル化合物グラフト共重合体20~70重量%、及び(A-2)非再生芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体30~80重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(A-1)グラフト共重合体は、共役ジエンゴム50~80重量%、ビニルシアン化合物5~20重量%及び芳香族ビニル化合物10~40重量%を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(A-2)共重合体は、ビニルシアン化合物20~40重量%及び芳香族ビニル化合物60~80重量%を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(B)再生熱可塑性樹脂は、再生ビニルシアン化合物-共役ジエン化合物-芳香族ビニル化合物共重合体、再生ポリカーボネート樹脂、及び再生芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体からなる群から選択された1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(B)再生熱可塑性樹脂は、ガラス転移温度が60~180℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(C)共重合体は、エチレン化合物50~95重量%及びビニルアセテート化合物5~50重量%を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(D)無機顔料は、二酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛、硫化亜鉛、水酸化アルミニウム、酸化鉄、酸化マグネシウム、炭酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、クレー、カーボンブラック及びホワイトカーボンからなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- (A)非再生熱可塑性樹脂20~90重量%及び(B)再生熱可塑性樹脂10~80重量%を含むベース樹脂100重量部と、(C)エチレン化合物-ビニルアセテート化合物共重合体1~10重量部と、(D)無機顔料0.01~10重量部とを含んで、200~280℃で混練及び押出するステップを含み、前記(D)無機顔料は、屈折率が1.65以上であり、平均粒径が10~500nmであることを特徴とする、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を含むことを特徴とする、成形品。
- 光学顕微鏡を通じて表面で観測される直径100μm以上の異物の個数が15個/100cm2未満であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の成形品。
