Claims (19)
- 空気調和装置であって、
冷媒が循環する室外機と、
水が循環する室内機と、
前記室外機と前記室内機とを接続し、前記冷媒と水との間に熱交換を行う熱交換装置と、
前記室外機と前記熱交換装置とを接続する第1室外機接続管乃至第3室外機接続管と、を備えてなり、
前記熱交換装置は、第1熱交換器及び第2熱交換器と、
前記第1室外機接続管から分岐する第1分岐管及び第2分岐管と、
前記第1分岐管及び前記第2分岐管にそれぞれ備えられる第1弁と、
前記第2室外機接続管から分岐する第3分岐管及び第4分岐管と、
前記第3分岐管及び前記第4分岐管にそれぞれ備えられる第2弁と、
前記第3室外機接続管から分岐する第1冷媒配管及び第2冷媒配管と、
前記第1冷媒配管に備えられる第1膨張弁と、
前記第2冷媒配管に備えられる第2膨張弁と、を備え、
空気調和装置の冷房運転時に、前記第1熱交換器が使用され、前記第2熱交換器が使用されない場合、
前記第1弁は閉じられ、
前記第3分岐管に備えられる第2弁は開かれ、前記第4分岐管に備えられる第2弁は閉じられ、
前記第1膨張弁は開かれ、前記第2膨張弁は閉じられる、空気調和装置。 - 前記熱交換装置は、
前記第1分岐管及び前記第3分岐管が接続される第1共通気管と、
前記第3分岐管と前記第1共通気管とを接続する第1バイパス配管と、
前記第1バイパス配管に備えられる第1バイパス弁と、
前記第2分岐管及び前記第4分岐管が接続される第2共通気管と、
前記第4分岐管と前記第2共通気管とを接続する第2バイパス配管と、
前記第2バイパス配管に備えられる第2バイパス弁と、を更に備える、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記第1共通気管は前記第1熱交換器に接続され、
前記第2共通気管は前記第2熱交換器に接続され、
前記第1冷媒配管は前記第1熱交換器に接続され、
前記第2冷媒配管は前記第2熱交換器に接続される、請求項2に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記各バイパス弁は、冷媒の流量の調節が可能な弁である、請求項2に記載の空気調和装置。
- 空気調和装置の冷房運転の開始時に、前記第1バイパス弁及び前記第2バイパス弁は閉じられた状態が維持される、請求項2に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記各熱交換器は、
冷媒が流動する冷媒流路と、
前記冷媒流路上の冷媒と熱交換されるために水が流動する水流路と、を備え、
前記水流路を流動した水が前記室内機に流動する、請求項2に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記第2熱交換器の冷媒流路の温度を感知する温度センサを更に備え、
前記温度センサで感知された温度が基準温度以下になると、前記第2熱交換器の水流路に水を供給するためのポンプが作動する、請求項6に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記ポンプは、一定時間動作した後に停止するか、又は、間欠的にオン/オフされる、請求項7に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記第2熱交換器の冷媒流路に冷媒が溜まったことが感知されると、前記第1バイパス弁が閉じられた状態で、前記第2バイパス弁が開かれる、請求項2に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記第2バイパス弁は、間欠的に多数回動作する、請求項9に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記第2熱交換器を使用しない時点から一定の時間間隔で前記第2バイパス弁が動作する、請求項10に記載の空気調和装置。
- 空気調和装置の冷房運転時に、前記第1熱交換器及び前記第2熱交換器が使用されると、
前記第1弁は閉じられ、
前記第2弁は開かれ、
前記第1膨張弁及び前記第2膨張弁は開かれ、
前記各バイパス弁は閉じられる、請求項2に記載の空気調和装置。 - 空気調和装置の暖房運転時に、
前記第1分岐管及び前記第2分岐管にそれぞれ備えられる第1弁は開かれ、
前記第3分岐管及び前記第4分岐管にそれぞれ備えられる第2弁は閉じられ、
前記第1膨張弁及び前記第2膨張弁は開かれ、
前記各バイパス弁は閉じられる、請求項2に記載の空気調和装置。 - 空気調和装置であって、
冷媒が循環する室外機と、
水が循環する多数の室内機と、
前記室外機と前記多数の室内機とを接続し、前記冷媒と水との間に熱交換を行う熱交換装置と、を備えてなり、
前記熱交換装置は、それぞれが冷媒流路及び水流路を備える多数の熱交換器と、
冷房運転時に、前記多数の熱交換器のそれぞれに流入する冷媒を膨張させる多数の膨張弁と、
前記多数の熱交換器のうち一部の熱交換器が使用され、他の一部の熱交換器が使用されないとき、未使用の熱交換器に溜まった冷媒を前記室外機に回収するための冷媒回収手段と、を備える、空気調和装置。 - 前記熱交換装置は、高圧状態の冷媒が流動する高圧配管と、
前記高圧配管に備えられる第1弁と、
低圧状態の冷媒が流動する低圧配管と、
前記低圧配管に備えられる第2弁と、を備え、
前記冷媒回収手段は、前記低圧配管と接続され、冷媒が前記低圧配管の第2弁を迂回して流動するためのバイパス配管と、
前記バイパス配管に備えられるバイパス弁と、を備える、請求項14に記載の空気調和装置。 - 冷房運転時に、未使用の熱交換器に対応する低圧配管の第2弁は閉じられた状態が維持される、請求項15に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記未使用の熱交換器に溜まった冷媒を前記室外機に回収するために、前記第2弁が閉じられた状態で、前記バイパス弁が開かれる、請求項16に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記バイパス弁は、間欠的に多数回動作する、請求項17に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記他の一部の熱交換器を使用しない時点から一定の時間間隔で前記バイパス弁が動作する、請求項18に記載の空気調和装置。
