Claims (17)
- 冷媒が循環する室外機と、
水が循環する室内機と、
前記室外機と前記室内機とを接続し、前記冷媒と水との間に熱交換を行う熱交換装置とを含み、
前記熱交換装置は、第1熱交換器及び第2熱交換器と、
前記第1熱交換器及び第2熱交換器のそれぞれに接続される第1冷媒配管及び第2冷媒配管と、
前記第2冷媒配管に備えられる膨張弁と、
前記第1熱交換器の第2冷媒配管と前記第2熱交換器の第1冷媒配管とを接続するバイパス配管と、
前記バイパス配管に備えられるバイパス弁とを含む、空気調和装置。 - 前記第1熱交換器は、冷媒が流動する冷媒流路を含み、
前記バイパス配管は、前記第1熱交換器の第2冷媒配管において、前記膨張弁と前記冷媒流路との間の部分に接続される、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記第1熱交換器の第1冷媒配管と前記第2熱交換器の第1冷媒配管とを接続する配管、または前記第2熱交換器の第1冷媒配管に備えられるチェック弁をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記チェック弁は、第1熱交換器の第1冷媒配管の冷媒が前記第2熱交換器の第1冷媒配管に流動することは遮断し、前記第2熱交換器の第1冷媒配管の冷媒が前記第1熱交換器の第1冷媒配管に流動することは許容する、請求項3に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記室内機の冷房運転時に、前記室外機から排出された冷媒が、前記各熱交換器の第2冷媒配管を介して前記各熱交換器に流動した後に前記各熱交換器の第1冷媒配管に排出されるように、前記第2冷媒配管の膨張弁は開かれ、前記バイパス弁は閉じられる、請求項3に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記室内機の冷房運転時に、前記第2熱交換器を通過した冷媒は前記チェック弁を通過する、請求項5に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記室内機の冷房運転時に、第1及び第2熱交換器のうち一部の熱交換器を使用するために、使用される熱交換器に対応する膨張弁は開かれ、使用されない熱交換器に対応する膨張弁は閉じられ、前記バイパス弁は閉じられる、請求項3に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記第2熱交換器が使用され、前記第1熱交換器が使用されない場合、前記第2熱交換器を流動した冷媒は前記チェック弁を通過する、請求項7に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記室内機の暖房運転時に、前記第1熱交換器を流動した冷媒が前記第2熱交換器を流動するように、前記第1熱交換器の第2冷媒配管に備えられる膨張弁は閉じられ、前記第2熱交換器の第2冷媒配管に備えられる膨張弁は開かれ、前記バイパス弁は開かれる、請求項3に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記室内機の暖房運転時に、第1及び第2熱交換器のうち一部の熱交換器を使用するために、前記第1熱交換器の第2冷媒配管に備えられる膨張弁は開かれ、前記第2熱交換器の第2冷媒配管に備えられる膨張弁は閉じられ、前記バイパス弁は閉じられる、請求項3に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記各熱交換器は、冷媒と熱交換されるために水が流動する水流路を含み、水流路を流動した水が前記室内機に流動する、請求項2に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記室外機に接続され、高圧の気相冷媒が流動する第1室外機接続管と、
前記室外機に接続され、低圧の気相冷媒が流動する第2室外機接続管と、
前記室外機に接続され、液冷媒が流動する第3室外機接続管とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記第1室外機接続管に接続される分岐管と、
前記第2室外機接続管に接続される分岐管と、
前記分岐管同士を接続する共通気管とをさらに含み、
前記共通気管は、前記第1及び第2熱交換器の第1冷媒配管と接続される、請求項12に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記第3室外機接続管は、前記第1及び第2熱交換器の第2冷媒配管と接続される、請求項13に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記各分岐管に備えられる弁をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の空気調和装置。
- 冷媒が循環する室外機と、
水が循環する多数の室内機と、
前記室外機と前記多数の室内機とを接続し、前記冷媒と水との間に熱交換を行う熱交換装置とを含み、
前記熱交換装置は、それぞれが冷媒流路及び水流路を含む多数の熱交換器と、
前記多数の熱交換器が蒸発器及び凝縮機のいずれか1つとして作動するように冷媒流路を可変させる冷媒流路可変手段と、
前記多数の室内機が暖房運転及び冷房運転のいずれか1つとして作動するために、前記多数の熱交換器に流動する水の流路を可変させる水流路可変手段とを含み、
前記水流路可変手段は、室内機が暖房運転時に、凝縮機として作用する熱交換器に水が流動するようにし、室内機が冷房運転時に、蒸発器として作用する熱交換器に水が流動するように水の流路を可変させる、空気調和装置。 - 前記冷媒流路可変手段は、室内機の冷房運転時に、冷媒が前記多数の熱交換器を並列に流動するように冷媒の流路を可変させ、室内機の暖房運転時に、冷媒が多数の熱交換器を順次流動するように冷媒の流路を可変させる、請求項16に記載の空気調和装置。
