Claims (10)
- ジルコニア/酸化チタン/酸化セリウムがドープされた希土類タンタル/ニオブ酸塩RETa/NbO4セラミックス粉体であって、前記セラミックス粉体の化学一般式はRE1-x(Ta/Nb)1-x(Zr/Ce/Ti)2xO4であり、0<x<1であり、前記セラミックス粉体の結晶構造は直方晶相であり、格子の空間群はC2221であり、粒径は10~70μmであり、前記セラミックス粉体は球形であることを特徴とするジルコニア/酸化チタン/酸化セリウムがドープされた希土類タンタル/ニオブ酸塩RETa/NbO4セラミックス粉体。
- REはSc、Y、La、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Dy、Er、Yb、Luのうちの1種又は複数種の混合であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のジルコニア/酸化チタン/酸化セリウムがドープされた希土類タンタル/ニオブ酸塩RETa/NbO4セラミックス粉体。
- RE:(Ta/Nb):(Zr/Ce/Ti)のモル比が(1-x):(1-x):2xのRE2O3粉末、Ta2O5粉末/Nb2O5粉末、ドーパント(ZrO2粉末/CeO2粉末/TiO2粉末)を秤量して溶剤中に加え、混合溶液を形成し、混合溶液を、ボールミルを用いて、ボールミリング時間10h以上、ボールミル回転速度300r/min以上でボールミリングし、乾燥を経て、乾燥した粉末Aを得るステップ1と、
ステップ1で得られた粉末Aを反応温度1500~1800℃、反応時間6~20hで高温固相反応させ、成分がRE1-x(Ta/Nb)1-x(Zr/Ce/Ti)2xO4の粉末Bを得るステップ2と、
ステップ2で得られた粉末Bを溶剤、有機接着剤と混合してスラリーCを得、前記スラリーCにおける粉末Bの質量百分率は10~40%、有機接着剤の質量百分率は0.1~3%、残りは溶剤であり、400~800℃の温度下、遠心速度8000~9000r/minでスラリーCを遠心噴霧して乾燥させ、乾燥した粉粒体Dを得るステップ3と、
ステップ3で得られた粉粒体Dを800~1300℃の温度下、焼結時間7~9hで焼結して、ジルコニア/酸化チタン/酸化セリウムがドープされた希土類タンタル/ニオブ酸塩RETa/NbO4セラミックス粉体を作製するステップ4とを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のジルコニア/酸化チタン/酸化セリウムがドープされた希土類タンタル/ニオブ酸塩RETa/NbO4セラミックス粉体の製造方法。 - 前記ステップ1における乾燥は回転蒸発器を用いて行われ、乾燥温度は40~60℃、回転蒸発時間は2~4hであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のジルコニア/酸化チタン/酸化セリウムがドープされた希土類タンタル/ニオブ酸塩RETa/NbO4セラミックス粉体の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ1で得られた粉末A、前記ステップ2で得られた粉末B、前記ステップ4で得られた希土類タンタル/ニオブ酸塩RETa/NbO4セラミックス粉体はいずれも、200~500メッシュの篩でふるい分けされることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のジルコニア/酸化チタン/酸化セリウムがドープされた希土類タンタル/ニオブ酸塩RETa/NbO4セラミックス粉体の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ3において、遠心噴霧温度は600℃、遠心速度は8500r/minであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のジルコニア/酸化チタン/酸化セリウムがドープされた希土類タンタル/ニオブ酸塩RETa/NbO4セラミックス粉体の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ1におけるRE2O3粉末、Ta2O5粉末/Nb2O5粉末は、秤量の前に予備乾燥が行われ、予備乾燥温度は400~700℃、乾燥時間は5~8hであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のジルコニア/酸化チタン/酸化セリウムがドープされた希土類タンタル/ニオブ酸塩RETa/NbO4セラミックス粉体の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ1において、RE2O3粉末、Ta2O5粉末/Nb2O5粉末の純度は99.9%以上であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のジルコニア/酸化チタン/酸化セリウムがドープされた希土類タンタル/ニオブ酸塩RETa/NbO4セラミックス粉体の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ3において、スラリーCにおける粉末Bの質量百分率は25%、有機接着剤の質量百分率は2%であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のジルコニア/酸化チタン/酸化セリウムがドープされた希土類タンタル/ニオブ酸塩RETa/NbO4セラミックス粉体の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ4における焼結温度は1200℃、焼結時間は8hであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のジルコニア/酸化チタン/酸化セリウムがドープされた希土類タンタル/ニオブ酸塩RETa/NbO4セラミックス粉体の製造方法。
