ポリシング表面粗度の変化寄与率=(加工前Ra-ポリシング後Ra)×100/(加工前Ra-加工後Ra)
ヘアライン表面粗度の変化寄与率=(ポリシング後Ra-ヘアライン後Ra)×100/(加工前Ra-加工後Ra)
以下、実施例を挙げてより具体的に説明する。以下の実施例は、本発明をより詳細に説明するためのものであって、これによって本発明を限定するものではない。
耐食性(赤錆発生分率)は、試験片を75×150mmのサイズに切断した後、端をテフロンテープ(Nitto Denko Corp.NITOFLON、No.903UL)でマスキング処理し、上記試験片を塩水噴霧試験機STP-200(SUGA Test Instruments、Japan)に入れ、JIS(日本工業規格(Japan Industrial Standards)Z 2371に準じて放置する方式で進行し(5%塩化ナトリウム、時間当たりの噴霧量1~2ml、チャンバー温度35℃)、その結果が0~10%である場合を非常に優秀、10%超過~40%である場合を優秀、40%超過~70%である場合を普通、70%超過である場合を不十分と評価した。
写像性は、ポリシング及びヘアライン加工された最終試験片上にローポイント社(Rhopoint Instruments)の写像性測定器を載置し、DOI(Distinctness Of Image)値を測定する方法で行った。
プレス成形性は、ヘアライン及びポリシング加工完了材の一部試験片を塗装処理した最終素材に対して(株)VS&EinケミカルのMVP 840TW非水溶性塑性加工油を塗布した後、シムパック(SIMPAC)250トンサーボプレス(SV1P-250)を用いて13トンの荷重を加えて鋼板をプレスして確認した。ビード部またはドローイング部側面における塗膜剥離発生長さを全体周りで割って塗膜損傷の発生率を導出した。このとき、ビード部及びドローイング部のいずれか一方で剥離が発生した場合にも、塗膜剥離と判定した。

- 素地鋼板;及び
前記素地鋼板の少なくとも一面に位置し、ヘアラインパターンが形成された亜鉛-ニッケルめっき層を含み、
前記亜鉛-ニッケルめっき層との界面を形成する素地鋼板表面の表面粗度が中心線平均粗度(Ra)を基準として0.7~1.0μmである、亜鉛-ニッケル合金電気めっき鋼板。 - 前記亜鉛-ニッケルめっき層がガンマ(Ni5Zn21)単一相からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の亜鉛-ニッケル合金電気めっき鋼板。
- 前記亜鉛-ニッケルめっき層の硬度が250~400Hvであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の亜鉛-ニッケル合金電気めっき鋼板。
- 素地鋼板を調質圧延する段階;
前記調質圧延された素地鋼板を硫酸ニッケル水和物及び硫酸亜鉛水和物を含む硫酸浴に浸漬させて前記素地鋼板上に亜鉛-ニッケルめっき層を形成させる段階;及び
前記亜鉛-ニッケルめっき層をポリシング及びヘアラインパターン加工する段階を含む、亜鉛-ニッケル合金電気めっき鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記調質圧延する段階がキャパシティ(-)モードの放電加工ロールを用いて行われることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の亜鉛-ニッケル合金電気めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記ロールの表面には、クロムがコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の亜鉛-ニッケル合金電気めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記調質圧延する段階は、0.3~1.2%の延伸率で行われることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の亜鉛-ニッケル合金電気めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記調質圧延された素地鋼板表面の表面粗度が中心線平均粗度(Ra)を基準として0.7~1.0μmであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の亜鉛-ニッケル合金電気めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記素地鋼板上に形成された亜鉛-ニッケルめっき層の硬度が250~400Hvであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の亜鉛-ニッケル合金電気めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記素地鋼板上に形成された亜鉛-ニッケルめっき層がガンマ(Ni5Zn21)単一相からなることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の亜鉛-ニッケル合金電気めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記ポリシング及びヘアラインパターン加工後の亜鉛-ニッケルめっき層の中心線平均粗度の変化が-1.00~-0.35μmであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の亜鉛-ニッケル合金電気めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記ポリシングによる亜鉛-ニッケルめっき層の表面粗度の変化率は、60~85%であり、ヘアラインパターン加工による亜鉛-ニッケルめっき層の表面粗度の変化率は、15~40%であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の亜鉛-ニッケル合金電気めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記ポリシング及びヘアラインパターン加工後のめっき層の厚さは、ポリシング及びヘアラインパターン加工前のめっき層の厚さの0.2~0.75であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の亜鉛-ニッケル合金電気めっき鋼板の製造方法。
