前記出力部材が、内側に各前記二段遊星歯車の前記第2ギアと噛合可能な内歯車縁部を備え、前記出力部材の外側縁部に伝動が可能な駆動輪部が設けられる。

Claims (9)
- 短軸間距離・大減速比の歯車機構であって、ハウジングと、伝動軸と、内歯車部材と、遊星歯車機構と、出力部材と、を含み、
前記伝動軸が前記ハウジングに枢設され、前記伝動軸上に太陽歯車が設置され、
前記内歯車部材が前記ハウジングに螺着され、
前記遊星歯車機構が、相対する第1ブラケットと第2ブラケットを備え、前記第1ブラケットと前記第2ブラケットの間の前記太陽歯車の外囲に複数の二段遊星歯車が枢設され、各前記二段遊星歯車が、前記太陽歯車及び前記内歯車部材と同時に噛合可能な第1ギアと、前記第1ギアと同期して回動する第2ギアを備え、
前記出力部材が、内側に各前記二段遊星歯車の前記第2ギアと噛合可能な内歯車縁部を備え、前記出力部材の外側縁部に伝動が可能な駆動輪部が設けられた、
ことを特徴とする、短軸間距離・大減速比の歯車機構。 - 前記ハウジングが、前記伝動軸の取り付けに用いる少なくとも1つの第1組込みチャンバを備え、かつ前記ハウジングの前端と後端を覆って第1カバーと第2カバーがそれぞれ設置され、前記伝動軸が両端にそれぞれ軸受を利用して前記ハウジングと前記第1カバーの間に枢設可能である、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の短軸間距離・大減速比の歯車機構。
- 前記伝動軸が一端に組込みセクションと連結軸部を備え、前記太陽歯車の軸心に前記組込みセクションが挿入される連結軸孔が設けられ、かつ前記連結軸孔内に前記伝動軸の前記連結軸部に同期して噛み合わされる連結軸ブロックが嵌着され、かつ固定部材を前記連結軸ブロックに挿通した後、前記伝動軸上に挿着することができる、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の短軸間距離・大減速比の歯車機構。
- 前記遊星歯車機構の前記第2ブラケットの軸心に、前記出力部材の取り付けに用いる軸管が設置され、かつ前記軸管が第3軸受を利用して前記出力部材に枢設される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の短軸間距離・大減速比の歯車機構。
- 前記第2ブラケットの前記軸管の中心に多段取付孔が設けられ、取付軸の挿入に用いられ、前記取付軸は一端が前記太陽歯車の他端に枢設可能であり、そのうち、前記取付軸がハンドツールを挿入して操作するための通孔を有する、ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の短軸間距離・大減速比の歯車機構。
- 前記遊星歯車機構の第1ブラケットと第2ブラケットの相対する表面に、相対して当接される複数の座ぐり穴付柱体が形成され、かつそれぞれに相対して螺着可能な結合部材が挿設され、前記第1ブラケット、前記第2ブラケットを相互に閉じ合わせ一体とすることができる、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の短軸間距離・大減速比の歯車機構。
- 前記第1ブラケット、前記第2ブラケット間に設有複數供安裝二段遊星歯車の取り付けに用いる複数の軸棒が設置され、かつ各該軸棒上に少なくとも1つの軸受を利用して相対する二段遊星歯車が枢設される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の短軸間距離・大減速比の歯車機構。
- 前記出力部材の外側縁部の前記駆動輪部が、外歯車面または磨擦輪面とすることができる、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の短軸間距離・大減速比の歯車機構。
- 前記遊星歯車機構の前記第1ブラケット、前記第2ブラケットの軸心が、第1軸受及び第2軸受を介して前記太陽歯車の両端にそれぞれ枢設され、前記太陽歯車、遊星歯車機構、出力部材を1つのモジュール化した同軸歯車機構とする、ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の短軸間距離・大減速比の歯車機構。
