Claims (15)
- アノードと、
電子ビームを生成するように構成された電界エミッタと、
前記電界エミッタからの電界放出を制御するように構成された第1のグリッドと、
前記第1のグリッドと前記アノードとの間に配置された第2のグリッドと、
前記第1のグリッドと前記アノードとの間に配置された中間電極であって、前記第2のグリッドが、前記中間電極と前記アノードとの間に配置される、前記中間電極と
を備える、X線源。 - 前記第1のグリッドに第1の電圧を印加し、前記第2のグリッドに第2の電圧を印加するように構成された電圧源をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のX線源。
- 前記第1の電圧と前記第2の電圧とが同じである、
前記第1の電圧と前記第2の電圧との少なくとも一方がグランドである、
前記第1の電圧と前記第2の電圧とが異なる、または
前記電圧源が可変電圧源であり、前記可変電圧源が、前記第1の電圧及び前記第2の電圧のうちの少なくとも一方を変化させるように構成される、請求項2に記載のX線源。 - 前記第1のグリッドと前記アノードとの間に配置され、かつ前記電界エミッタから前記第2のグリッドと同じ距離に配置された第3のグリッドをさらに備え、
前記電圧源が、前記第3のグリッドに第3の電圧を印加するように構成され、かつ前記電圧源が、前記第3の電圧と前記第2の電圧とを独立して印加するように構成されている、請求項2または請求項3に記載のX線源。 - 前記第1のグリッドと前記アノードとの間に配置されたスペーサと、
前記第1のグリッドと前記アノードとの間に配置された第3のグリッドと、
をさらに備え、
前記第2のグリッド及び前記第3のグリッドが前記スペーサ上に配置されている、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のX線源。 - 前記スペーサが複数の開口部を備え、
前記電界エミッタが、複数の電界エミッタのうちの1つであり、各電界エミッタが、前記複数の開口部のうちの対応する1つに位置合わせされており、
前記開口部のそれぞれについて、前記第2のグリッドが、前記開口部の第1のエッジに沿って配置され、前記第3のグリッドが、前記第1のエッジの向かい側にある前記開口部の第2のエッジに沿って配置される、請求項5に記載のX線源。 - 前記第1のグリッドと前記アノードとの間に配置された第4のグリッドと、
前記第1のグリッドと前記アノードとの間に配置された第5のグリッドと、
をさらに備え、
前記複数の開口部のそれぞれについて、前記第4のグリッドが、前記第1のエッジに直交する前記開口部の第3のエッジに沿って配置され、前記第5のグリッドが、前記第3のエッジの向かい側にある前記開口部の第4のエッジに沿って配置される、請求項6に記載のX線源。 - 前記第2のグリッドがメッシュグリッドである、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のX線源。
- 前記電界エミッタと前記第1のグリッドとの間の距離が300マイクロメートル(μm)未満であり、
前記第1のグリッドと前記第2のグリッドとの間の距離が1ミリメートル(mm)より大きい、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のX線源。 - 前記第2のグリッドと前記アノードとの間に配置された第3のグリッドをさらに備える、請求項1から請求項3及び請求項8から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のX線源。
- 前記第1のグリッド及び前記第2のグリッドのそれぞれが単一の開口部の列を含む、請求項1から請求項3及び請求項8から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のX線源。
- 前記第1のグリッドの開口部が、前記第2のグリッドの開口部から横方向にずらされている、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のX線源。
- 前記第1のグリッドの開口部が、前記第2のグリッドの開口部とは異なる幅を有する、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載のX線源。
- 前記電界エミッタが、真空外囲器内に配置された複数の別個の電界エミッタのうちの1つである、請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載のX線源。
- 前記第1のグリッドと前記アノードとの間に配置されたスペーサをさらに備えており、
前記第2のグリッドが前記スペーサ上に配置されている、請求項1から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載のX線源。
