前記第1部材における前記開口部、前記第1流路および前記第2部材における前記第2流路が第1流体の流路であり、隣り合う前記第1部材の間の領域が第2流体の流路であり、
前記第1部材上において、前記領域に向かって延びる複数の第3部材をさらに備え、
前記複数の第3部材は、隣り合う前記第1部材のうち、一方の第1部材との間に隙間が設けられた状態で、他方の第1部材と繋がり、前記複数の第3部材は相互に間隔を空けて位置している。

- 複数の第1部材と、
隣り合う前記第1部材の間に位置する複数の第2部材と、を備え、
前記第1部材は、
複数の開口部と、
該開口部に繋がる第1流路と、を有し、
前記第2部材は、
隣り合う前記第1部材におけるそれぞれの前記開口部に繋がる第2流路を有し、
前記第1部材における前記開口部、前記第1流路および前記第2部材における前記第2流路が第1流体の流路であり、隣り合う前記第1部材の間の領域が第2流体の流路であり、
前記第1部材上において、前記領域に向かって延びる複数の第3部材をさらに備えており、
前記第3部材が、対向する前記第1部材と繋がっており、
前記第3部材から前記領域に向かって延びる複数の第4部材をさらに備えている熱交換器。 - 前記第4部材が、対向する前記第3部材と繋がっている請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第4部材は、前記第2部材に接触している請求項1または請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 隣り合う前記第3部材における前記第2流体の流路幅が、入口と出口とで異なる請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 隣り合う前記第3部材における前記第2流体の流路を流路Aとしたとき、該流路Aを複数備え、隣り合う前記流路Aは、それぞれの前記流路Aにおける前記第2流体の入口と出口との流路幅の関係性が異なる請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1部材、前記第2部材、前記第3部材および前記第4部材は、炭化珪素質セラミックスからなる請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1部材、前記第2部材、前記第3部材および前記第4部材の少なくともいずれかは、前記領域に接する面に複数の突起を有する請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記突起は、正面視における平均径が10μm以上60μm以下である請求項7に記載の熱交換器。
- 隣り合う前記第1部材間の距離は、前記第1部材の厚みよりも大きい、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
