Claims (7)
- ドレイン領域と、チャネル領域と、前記ドレイン領域と前記チャネル領域との間のLDD領域と、を有する半導体層と、
前記チャネル領域に重なって配置されたゲート電極と、
前記ゲート電極と電気的に接続された第1遮光部と、
前記LDD領域と前記第1遮光部との間に配置され、平面視で、前記LDD領域と前記第1遮光部と重なる第2遮光部と、
を備えることを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電気光学装置であって、
前記第2遮光部は、前記ドレイン領域に接続された電極を含んでいることを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電気光学装置であって、
前記第2遮光部は、前記電気光学装置の厚さ方向の膜厚が厚い部分と薄い部分とを有し、
前記膜厚の薄い部分は、前記LDD領域と前記第1遮光部との間であって、平面視で前記LDD領域と前記第1遮光部と重なって配置されていることを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電気光学装置であって、
前記第1遮光部は、平面視で前記LDD領域と重なって配置されていることを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の電気光学装置であって、
前記第2遮光部の材料は、タングステンであることを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の電気光学装置であって、
前記第2遮光部を覆って配置された絶縁層を備え、
前記絶縁層は、前記絶縁層を貫通し、一方の端が前記第2遮光部に達するコンタクトホールを有することを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の電気光学装置を備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
