Abstract
【解決手段】自動分析装置1において、分注ノズル13は、試料を保持するサンプル容器から試料を吸引および反応容器60に試料を吐出する。シリンジポンプ16は、水の体積変化量を制御する。第1の配管31は、分注ノズル13とシリンジポンプ16とを接続する。電磁弁18は、水を流したり、止めたりする。第2の配管32は、電磁弁18とシリンジポンプ16とを接続する。分岐管30は、水を分岐させる。第3の配管33は、電磁弁18と分岐管30とを接続する。筐体40は、少なくともシリンジポンプ16、第1の配管31、電磁弁18、第2の配管32、分岐管30、および第3の配管33を収納する。そして、第3の配管33は、水の熱交換を行う熱交換部41を有する。

以下、実施の形態を詳細に説明する。
図1は、本実施の形態による自動分析装置1における構成の一例を示す上面図である。
続いて、筐体40の内部における構成について説明する。
続いて、自動分析装置1における検体の分注動作および熱交換部41の作用について、図1および図2を用いて説明する。なお、自動分析装置1における分注動作は、主に装置制御部20の制御に基づいて行われる。

Claims (7)
- 液体を吸引および吐出する分注ノズルと、
液体の体積変化量を制御する第1のポンプと、
液体を供給する給水タンクと、
当該供給された液体を送出する第2のポンプと、
前記分注ノズルと前記第1のポンプとを接続する第1の配管と、
前記液体の供給を制御する第1の電磁弁と、
前記第1の電磁弁と前記第1のポンプとを接続する第2の配管と、
前記第1の電磁弁と前記第2のポンプとの間に配置され、前記液体の熱交換を行う熱交換部を具備する第3の配管と、
少なくとも前記第1のポンプ、前記第1の配管、前記第1の電磁弁、前記第2の配管、および前記第3の配管を収納する筐体と、
を有し、
前記熱交換部は、前記筐体の内部温度と前記熱交換部内の前記液体の温度との差をなくす熱交換能力を備えることを特徴とする
自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記第3の配管内を流れる液体の体積が、前記第1の配管および前記第2の配管内を流れる液体の体積よりも大きくなるように構成されることで、前記熱交換能力を備えることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記第3の配管および前記熱交換部にそれぞれ保持される前記液体の量は、前記第1の電磁弁を開いて前記分注ノズルを洗浄する際に前記第1の電磁弁を通過する前記流体の量よりも多い、自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記第1のポンプおよび前記第1の電磁弁を制御する装置制御部と、
前記自動分析装置の動作電源を生成する電源部と、
を有し、
前記熱交換部は、前記装置制御部または前記電源部の少なくともいずれかの直上に配置される、自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記第3の配管は、前記第1の配管の長さと前記第2の配管の長さとの和の長さよりも長い、自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記第1のポンプおよび前記第1の電磁弁を制御する装置制御部と、
前記自動分析装置の動作電源を生成する電源部と、
を有し、
前記熱交換部を収納する熱交換部収納部を有し、
前記熱交換部収納部は、前記装置制御部または前記電源部の少なくともいずれかの直上に配置される、自動分析装置。 - 請求項6記載の自動分析装置において、
前記分注ノズルの外側に前記液体を吹きかける洗浄槽と、
前記装置制御部の制御によって前記液体を循環させる循環ポンプと、
前記装置制御部の制御によって前記循環ポンプが循環させる前記液体を制御する第2の電磁弁と、
を有し、
前記装置制御部は、サンプルを吸引してから反応容器に吐出するまでの間に前記洗浄槽に移動した状態にて前記循環ポンプを吐出動作させ、前記循環ポンプから吐出した前記液体を前記第2の電磁弁から流す制御を行い、前記洗浄槽に前記液体を吹きかける、自動分析装置。
