Claims (10)
- サンプルを保持するサンプル容器から前記サンプルを吸引および反応容器に前記サンプルを吐出する分注ノズルと、
流体の体積変化量を制御するシリンジポンプと、
前記分注ノズルと前記シリンジポンプとを接続する第1の配管と、
前記流体を流したり、止めたりする第1の電磁弁と、
前記第1の電磁弁と前記シリンジポンプとを接続する第2の配管と、
前記流体を分岐させる分岐管と、
前記第1の電磁弁と前記分岐管とを接続する第3の配管と、
少なくとも前記シリンジポンプ、前記第1の配管、前記第1の電磁弁、前記第2の配管、前記分岐管、および前記第3の配管を収納する筐体と、
を有し、
前記第3の配管は、前記流体の熱交換を行う熱交換部を有する、自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記第3の配管および前記熱交換部にそれぞれ保持される前記流体の量は、前記第1の電磁弁を開いて前記分注ノズルを洗浄する際に前記第1の電磁弁を通過する前記流体の量よりも多い、自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記熱交換部は、前記筐体の内部温度と前記熱交換部内の前記流体の温度との差をなくす熱交換能力を有する、自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記熱交換部は、前記第3の配管を延長して、延長した前記第3の配管を複数巻きした旋回部を形成する、自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記熱交換部は、前記筐体内部の上方に設けられる、自動分析装置。 - 請求項5記載の自動分析装置において、
前記シリンジポンプおよび前記第1の電磁弁を制御する装置制御部と、
前記自動分析装置の動作電源を生成する電源部と、
を有し、
前記熱交換部は、前記装置制御部または前記電源部の少なくともいずれかの直上に配置される、自動分析装置。 - 請求項4記載の自動分析装置において、
前記第3の配管は、前記第1の配管の長さと前記第2の配管の長さとの和の長さよりも長い、自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記熱交換部を収納する熱交換部収納部を有し、
前記熱交換部収納部は、前記筐体内部の上方に設けられる、自動分析装置。 - 請求項8記載の自動分析装置において、
前記シリンジポンプおよび前記第1の電磁弁を制御する装置制御部と、
前記自動分析装置の動作電源を生成する電源部と、
を有し、
前記熱交換部を収納する前記熱交換部収納部は、前記装置制御部または前記電源部の少なくともいずれかの直上に配置される、自動分析装置。 - 請求項6記載の自動分析装置において、
前記分注ノズルの外側に前記流体を吹きかける洗浄槽と、
前記装置制御部の制御によって前記流体を循環させる循環ポンプと、
前記装置制御部の制御によって前記循環ポンプが循環させる前記流体を流したり、止めたりする第2の電磁弁と、
を有し、
前記装置制御部は、サンプルを吸引してから前記反応容器に吐出するまでの間に前記洗浄槽に移動した状態にて前記循環ポンプを吐出動作させ、前記循環ポンプから吐出した前記流体を前記第2の電磁弁から流す制御を行い、前記洗浄槽に前記流体を吹きかける、自動分析装置。
