Description
Claims (4)
- 側面が閉じられ粉体樹脂が充填された粉体流動槽内に挿入して、ワークの下端部の絶縁被膜が剥離された複数の部分を粉体塗装する粉体塗装装置であって、
前記粉体流動槽に充填された前記粉体樹脂の表面高さを複数の位置で測定する表面高さ測定部と、
前記ワークの前記絶縁被膜が剥離された複数の部分の上端の高さを複数の位置で測定する剥離高さ測定部と、
前記粉体流動槽を振動させて、前記粉体流動槽内に充填された前記粉体樹脂を揺動する揺動部と、
前記粉体流動槽の底面が開口された下方に設けられた多孔質体を介して前記粉体流動槽に向けてエアを供給し、前記粉体流動槽内に充填された前記粉体樹脂を流動させるエア供給部と、
前記表面高さ測定部と前記剥離高さ測定部とが測定した結果に応じて、前記エアの流量、前記粉体流動槽の揺動量、前記粉体流動槽に対する前記ワークの進入姿勢、前記粉体流動槽に対する前記ワークの進入量のうち少なくとも何れか1つを調整する調整部とを備えることを特徴とする粉体塗装装置。 - 前記調整部は、前記ワークの進入姿勢及び前記ワークの進入量による調整を判断する第1判断部と、前記エアの流量及び前記粉体流動槽の揺動量による調整を判断する第2判断部とを有し、
前記第1判断部による調整を判断した後、前記第2判断部による調整を判断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉体塗装装置。 - 前記表面高さ測定部と前記剥離高さ測定部は、前記粉体流動槽の円周方向に対して、同じ位相にある前記ワークの前記高さと前記紛体樹脂の表面の高さとを同時に測定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の粉体塗装装置。
- 側面が閉じられた粉体流動槽内に粉体樹脂を充填する工程と、
前記粉体流動槽に充填された前記粉体樹脂の表面高さを複数の位置で測定する工程部と、
ワークの下端部の絶縁被膜が剥離された複数の部分の上端の高さを複数の位置で測定する工程と、
前記粉体流動槽を振動させて、前記粉体流動槽内に充填された前記粉体樹脂を揺動させる工程と、
前記粉体流動槽の底面が開口された下方に設けられた多孔質体を介して前記粉体流動槽に向けてエアを供給し、前記粉体流動槽内に充填された前記粉体樹脂を流動させる工程と、
前記ワークを所定の進入姿勢にて前記下端部の絶縁被膜が剥離された複数の部分を含む部分を、前記粉体流動槽内を流動する前記粉体樹脂内に前記粉体流動槽に対して所定の進入量だけ挿入する工程と、を備え、
さらに、前記測定した前記粉体樹脂の表面高さと前記測定した前記ワークの絶縁被膜が剥離された部分の上端の高さとに応じて、前記エアの流量、前記粉体流動槽の揺動量、前記粉体流動槽に対する前記ワークの進入姿勢、前記粉体流動槽に対する前記ワークの進入量のうち少なくとも何れか1つを調整する工程を備えることを特徴とする粉体塗装方法。
