Claims (2)
- 樹脂粉体を貯留する粉体流動槽と、
回転電機のステータであるワークを把持するワーク把持部と、
多関節ロボットの少なくともアーム部によって構成され、前記ワーク把持部を搬送して前記ワーク把持部に把持された前記ワークの少なくとも一部を前記粉体流動槽内の樹脂粉体に浸漬させるワーク搬送部と、を備え、
前記ワーク把持部は、前記ワークに振動を与える振動機構を有し、
前記ワーク把持部に把持された前記ワークの少なくとも一部を前記粉体流動槽内の樹脂粉体に浸漬させた状態で、前記ワーク把持部を上下動させるとともに、前記ワーク把持部の前記振動機構の駆動を制御して前記ワークに対して鉛直方向の振動と水平方向の振動を与える制御装置をさらに備える粉体塗装装置。 - 樹脂粉体を貯留する粉体流動槽と、回転電機のステータであるワークを把持するワーク把持部と、前記ワーク把持部を搬送するワーク搬送部とを備える粉体塗装装置を用いて前記ワークに樹脂粉体を塗布する粉体塗装方法であって、
前記ワーク把持部によって把持された前記ワークの少なくとも一部を前記粉体流動槽内の樹脂粉体に浸漬させた状態で、前記ワーク搬送部によって前記ワーク把持部を上下動させながら樹脂粉体を塗布するとともに、前記ワーク把持部から前記ワークに鉛直方向の振動と水平方向の振動を与えながら樹脂粉体を塗布し、
前記ワーク搬送部は、多関節ロボットの少なくともアーム部によって構成される粉体塗装方法。
