Claims (11)
- 機械的に連結された複数の振動子を有する振動溶着装置であって、
a.該振動溶着装置は少なくとも三つの振動ユニットを備え、該振動ユニットは各々少なくとも一対の対向配置された電磁石コイルからなり、該一対の電磁石コイルは、その間に配置されたバネ支承された振動子を第一振動方向に線形振動させ、
b.前記振動溶着装置はさらに、溶着対象の部品を移動させることが可能で、且つ全ての振動ユニットに対して機械的に接続されている細長いツールを有し、
c.振動溶着の過程において、二つの部品が部品の長手方向とは異なる振動によって互いに溶着されるように、前記振動ユニットは、各振動ユニットの前記第一振動方向がツールの長手軸に対して横方向となるように、前記細長いツールに対して配置されている、振動溶着装置。 - 前記少なくとも三つの振動ユニットが、バネ支承された状態で共通のブリッジに固定される、請求項1に記載の振動溶着装置。
- 振動ユニットの一つをマスター振動ユニットとし、残りの振動ユニットを各々該マスター振動ユニットに対するスレーブ振動ユニットとし、全ての振動ユニットを同期操作することができる、請求項1又は2に記載の振動溶着装置。
- 前記機械的に連結された複数の振動子が、少なくとも三つの振動ヘッドを有し、各振動ヘッドは対向配置された一対の電磁石コイルを備え、該一対の電磁石コイル間に前記振動子が配置され、該振動子はそれぞれバネパッケージを介してブリッジに振動可能に取り付けられ、
a.前記複数の振動ヘッドのブリッジは互いに機械的に接続され、
b.溶着ヘッドは前記細長いツールによって互いに接続される、
請求項1に記載の振動溶着装置。 - 互いに機械的に連結された前記振動ユニット若しくは振動ヘッドが、矩形の輪郭で、辺長比がA/B≧1.0である、合計振動質量を有する機械的全体ユニットを形成し、Aは振動ユニットの前記第一振動方向に対して平行であり、Bはツールの長手軸に対して平行である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の振動溶着装置。
- 短辺に対する長辺の辺長比が1よりも大きい、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の振動溶着装置の、少なくとも二つの細長い部品を溶着するための使用であって、溶着振動が部品の短辺に平行な向きである、使用。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の振動溶着装置によって、少なくとも二つの細長い部品を振動溶着によって接続する方法であって、
a.振動溶着装置の、互いに機械的に連結された少なくとも三つの振動ユニット若しくは互いに機械的に接続された少なくとも三つの振動ヘッドに対して機械的に接続されたツールに、細長い部品を固定する工程と、
b.第一振動方向が、部品の長手軸とは異なる方向となるように、前記振動ユニット若しくは振動ヘッドに接続されたツールによって部品の振動を発生させる工程と、
c.振動している第一の部品を第二の部品に対して互いに押し付け合うことによって、前記少なくとも二つの部品を接続する工程と
を含む、方法。 - 少なくとも一つの振動ユニットをマスター振動ユニットとして制御する、若しくは少なくとも一つの振動ヘッドをマスター振動ヘッドとして制御する工程と、
前記マスター振動ユニット若しくはマスター振動ヘッドに対して、残りの全ての振動ユニットをスレーブ振動ユニットとして制御する、若しくは残りの全ての振動ヘッドをスレーブ振動ヘッドとして制御する工程と
をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 振動溶着装置の製造方法であって、
a. 各々対向配置された一対の電磁石コイルからなり、該一対の電磁石コイル間にバネ支承された振動子を配置した、少なくとも三つの振動ユニット若しくは振動ヘッドを用意する工程(H1)と、
b.前記少なくとも三つの振動ユニット若しくは振動ヘッドを、溶着対象の部品を移動させることが可能な細長いツールによって接続する工程(H2)とを含み、前記細長いツールは、振動ユニット若しくは振動ヘッドの第一振動方向が、前記細長いツールの長手軸以外の方向となるように、前記少なくとも三つの振動ユニット若しくは振動ヘッドに対して配置される、製造方法。 - 前記少なくとも三つの振動ユニット若しくは振動ヘッドを、平行配置で、共通のブリッジ若しくは接続エレメントに固定する工程(H3)をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の製造方法。
- 機械的全体ユニットとして互いに機械的に連結した振動ユニット若しくは振動ヘッドを用意する工程をさらに含み、前記機械的全体ユニットは、辺長比がA/B≧1.0である矩形の輪郭を有し、Aは振動ユニットの前記第一振動方向に対して平行であり、Bはツールの長手軸に対して平行である、請求項9又は10のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
