Claims (7)
- 基台ユニットと、
前記基台ユニットに支持されたモータと、
前記モータに接続されると共に先端を下方に向けた状態で前記基台ユニットの下方に延出されたブラシと
を備えることを特徴とする消泡装置。 - 前記ブラシは、
前記モータ側を根本部とされた軸部と、
前記軸部から前記軸部の径方向に沿って突出された複数の毛材と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の消泡装置。 - 前記軸部の先端部側領域に配置された前記毛材の長さ寸法と、前記軸部の根本部側領域に配置された前記毛材の長さ寸法とよりも、前記先端部側領域と前記根本部側領域との間に位置する中央領域に配置された前記毛材の長さ寸法が短いことを特徴とする請求項2記載の消泡装置。
- 前記複数の毛材は、前記軸部を中心とする螺旋状に配列されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の消泡装置。
- 前記複数の毛材は、前記ブラシが回転されることで泡を下方に向けて移動可能な方向に巻かれた螺旋状に配列されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の消泡装置。
- 前記基台ユニットは、
前記モータが固定された上側基台と、
前記上側基台の下方に配置された下側基台と、
前記上側基台と前記下側基台とに接続されると共に前記上側基台と前記下側基台との離間距離を調節する離間距離調節部と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5いずれか一項に記載の消泡装置。 - 前記モータの回転数を変更可能とするモータ制御部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6いずれか一項に記載の消泡装置。
