Description
[金属線]
まず、実施の形態に係る金属線の構成について説明する。
続いて、本実施の形態に係る金属線の表面に存在するアルカリ金属の量と金属線同士の固着との関係について説明する。
次に、本実施の形態に係る金属線の製造方法について、図3を用いて説明する。図3は、本実施の形態に係る金属線の製造方法を示すフローチャートである。
続いて、本実施の形態に係る金属線の表面に存在するアルカリ金属の測定方法について、図4を用いて説明する。図4は、本実施の形態に係る金属線の表面に存在するアルカリ金属の量の測定方法を示すフローチャートである。
続いて、本実施の形態に係る金属線の使用例について説明する。
以上のように、本実施の形態に係る金属線は、タングステン線又はタングステン合金線である金属線であって、金属線の表面に存在するアルカリ金属の量は、金属線1g中2.0μg以下である。
