Claims (12)
- 複数の蓄電装置とサーバとを備える電力管理システムであって、
前記複数の蓄電装置の各々は、外部から供給される電力によって前記蓄電装置を充電する外部充電と、前記蓄電装置から外部へ電力を供給する外部給電との少なくとも一方を行なうように構成され、
前記サーバは、
前記複数の蓄電装置から少なくとも1つの蓄電装置を選定する選定部と、
前記選定された蓄電装置に対するスケジュールを作成するスケジュール作成部と、
前記作成されたスケジュールに従って前記外部充電及び前記外部給電の少なくとも一方を制御することを、前記選定された蓄電装置のユーザに要請する要請部とを備え、
前記サーバは、前記蓄電装置の劣化を抑制することをユーザが望む程度である第1要望度と、前記要請に応じてインセンティブを得ることをユーザが望む程度である第2要望度との少なくとも一方の要望度を示す要望情報を前記蓄電装置ごとに取得し、前記取得された要望情報を用いて、前記蓄電装置の選定と前記スケジュールの作成との少なくとも一方を行なうように構成される、電力管理システム。 - 前記要望情報は、ユーザが前記蓄電装置の劣化を抑制することを望む程度を、前記蓄電装置の劣化抑制を望む/望まないのいずれかで示す情報と、ユーザが前記インセンティブを得ることを望む程度を、前記インセンティブを得ることを望む/望まないのいずれかで示す情報との少なくとも一方である、請求項1に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記選定部は、前記要請部によってユーザに前記外部充電が要請される蓄電装置を選定するときには、前記第1要望度が低い又は前記第2要望度が高い蓄電装置から優先的に選ぶように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記選定部は、前記要請部によってユーザに前記外部給電が要請される蓄電装置を選定するときには、前記第1要望度が高い又は前記第2要望度が高い蓄電装置から優先的に選ぶように構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記選定部は、前記要請部によってユーザに前記外部給電が要請される蓄電装置を選定するときには、所定の条件を満たす状態の蓄電装置の中で、前記第1要望度が高い又は前記第2要望度が低い蓄電装置から優先的に選ぶように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記サーバは、前記要請部の要請に応えたときにユーザに与えられるインセンティブ単価を、ユーザごとに管理するとともに、前記第1要望度が低い又は前記第2要望度が高いユーザほど前記インセンティブ単価を高くするように構成される、請求項5に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記複数の蓄電装置の各々は、複数の移動体の各々に搭載され、
前記サーバは、前記移動体ごとの次回出発時刻を取得するように構成され、
前記複数の移動体の各々は、前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた電力を用いて移動するように構成され、
前記スケジュール作成部は、前記選定された移動体に対する充電スケジュールを作成するときには、前記第1要望度が高い又は前記第2要望度が低いユーザの移動体ほど、充電終了時刻と前記次回出発時刻との乖離度が小さくなるように、前記充電スケジュールを作成する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理システム。 - 前記選定部は、前記要望情報を用いて、単位期間あたりの充電回数の上限値を、前記蓄電装置ごとに設定し、前記単位期間あたりの充電回数が前記上限値を超えている蓄電装置を、前記選定の候補から除外するように構成される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記複数の蓄電装置のユーザごとに携帯される複数の携帯端末を備え、
前記複数の携帯端末の各々は、前記蓄電装置のユーザからの入力を受け付け、前記蓄電装置のユーザによって前記要望情報が入力されると、前記入力された要望情報を前記サーバへ送信するように構成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理システム。 - 前記複数の蓄電装置の各々は、複数の移動体の各々に搭載され、
前記移動体ごとに搭載された複数のユーザ端末を備え、
前記複数のユーザ端末の各々は、前記蓄電装置のユーザからの入力を受け付け、前記蓄電装置のユーザによって前記要望情報が入力されると、前記入力された要望情報を前記サーバへ送信するように構成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理システム。 - 前記複数の蓄電装置の各々は、複数の車両の各々に搭載され、
前記複数の車両の各々と電気的に接続可能に構成される複数の電力設備と、
前記複数の電力設備の各々に電力を供給する電力網とをさらに備え、
前記要請部は、前記スケジュールに従って前記外部充電及び前記外部給電の少なくとも一方を制御することを前記車両のユーザに要請する信号を、前記車両に搭載された通信機器と、前記車両のユーザが携帯する携帯端末との少なくとも一方へ送信するように構成される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理システム。 - 複数の蓄電装置を備える電力管理システムで用いられるサーバであって、
前記複数の蓄電装置の各々は、外部から供給される電力によって前記蓄電装置を充電する外部充電と、前記蓄電装置から外部へ電力を供給する外部給電との少なくとも一方を行なうように構成され、
当該サーバは、
前記複数の蓄電装置から少なくとも1つの蓄電装置を選定する選定部と、
前記選定された蓄電装置に対するスケジュールを作成するスケジュール作成部と、
前記作成されたスケジュールに従って前記外部充電及び前記外部給電の少なくとも一方を制御することを、前記選定された蓄電装置のユーザに要請する要請部とを備え、
前記蓄電装置の劣化を抑制することをユーザが望む程度である第1要望度と、前記要請に応じてインセンティブを得ることをユーザが望む程度である第2要望度との少なくとも一方の要望度を示す要望情報を前記蓄電装置ごとに取得し、前記取得された要望情報を用いて、前記蓄電装置の選定と前記スケジュールの作成との少なくとも一方を行なうように構成される、サーバ。
