本開示の第2の観点に係る電力管理システムは、上述したいずれかのサーバと、複数の移動体とを備える。複数の移動体の各々には、前述した複数の蓄電装置の各々が搭載されている。そして、この電力管理システムにおける上記複数の移動体の各々は、当該移動体の、長距離移動性能と、充電性能と、現在位置と、次回移動距離と、次回出発時刻と、次回移動ルートと、移動のための残存エネルギーとの少なくとも1つを用いて、当該移動体の電欠リスクを推定する第2推定装置を備える。上記複数の移動体の各々は、第2推定装置により推定された当該移動体の電欠リスクをサーバへ送信するように構成される。
長距離移動性能が低い移動体ほど電欠リスクは高くなる。長距離移動性能は、満エネルギー状態での移動可能距離と、移動によるエネルギー消費率(たとえば、電費又は燃費)とに大別できる。
Claims (9)
- 複数の蓄電装置を備える電力管理システムで用いられるサーバであって、
前記複数の蓄電装置の各々は、外部から供給される電力によって前記蓄電装置を充電する外部充電と、前記蓄電装置から外部へ電力を供給する外部給電との少なくとも一方を行なうように構成され、
前記複数の蓄電装置の各々は、移動体に搭載され、
各々が前記蓄電装置を備える複数の前記移動体は、前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた電力を用いて走行可能な電気自動車と、前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた電力とエンジンの出力との両方を用いて走行可能なプラグインハイブリッド車両とを含み、
前記サーバは、
前記移動体ごとの、少なくとも長距離移動性能、充電性能、次回移動距離、次回出発時刻、及び移動のための残存エネルギーを示す複数のデータを用いて、前記移動体ごとの電欠リスクを推定する推定装置と、
前記複数の蓄電装置から少なくとも1つの蓄電装置を選定する選定部と、
前記選定された蓄電装置に対するスケジュールを作成するスケジュール作成部と、
前記作成されたスケジュールに従って、前記外部充電の促進、前記外部充電の抑制、又は前記外部給電を行なうことを、前記選定された蓄電装置のユーザに要請する要請部と、
を備え、
前記サーバは、推定された前記移動体ごとの前記電欠リスクを用いて、前記要請の種類に応じて前記蓄電装置の選定と前記スケジュールの作成との少なくとも一方を行なうように構成され、
前記サーバは、前記移動体ごとのスペック情報をそれら各移動体から受信するように構成され、
前記移動体ごとの前記スペック情報は、当該移動体の前記長距離移動性能に関して、当該移動体が前記電気自動車と前記プラグインハイブリッド車両とのいずれであるかを示す前記データを含み、
前記移動体ごとの前記スペック情報は、当該移動体の前記充電性能に関して、当該移動体に搭載された前記蓄電装置の最大充電電力を示す前記データを含み、
前記サーバは、前記複数の移動体の各々のユーザが携帯する携帯端末から取得した当該ユーザの予定を示す情報を用いて、前記移動体ごとの前記次回移動距離及び前記次回出発時刻を示す前記データを取得するように構成され、

前記選定部は、前記要請部によって前記外部充電の促進が要請される前記蓄電装置を選定するときには、前記電欠リスクの高い前記蓄電装置から優先的に選ぶように構成され、
前記スケジュール作成部は、前記外部充電の抑制又は前記外部給電の実行を要請する前記スケジュールを作成するときには、前記選定された蓄電装置の中で前記電欠リスクの低い前記移動体に搭載された前記蓄電装置ほど早く前記外部充電の抑制又は前記外部給電の実行の要請が開始されるように前記スケジュールを作成するように構成され、
前記スケジュール作成部は、前記外部充電の促進を要請する前記スケジュールを作成するときには、前記選定された蓄電装置の中で前記電欠リスクの高い前記移動体に搭載された前記蓄電装置ほど早く前記外部充電の促進の要請が開始されるように前記スケジュールを作成するように構成される、請求項1に記載のサーバ。 - 前記サーバは、前記移動体ごとの前記蓄電装置の劣化度を推定するように構成され、
前記推定装置は、前記電気自動車よりも前記プラグインハイブリッド車両のほうが前記長距離移動性能が高いと評価し、かつ、前記蓄電装置の劣化度が大きい前記移動体ほど前記長距離移動性能が低いと評価し、かつ、前記長距離移動性能が低い前記移動体ほど前記電欠リスクが高いと推定するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載のサーバ。 - 前記移動体ごとの前記スペック情報は、当該移動体の前記充電性能に関して、当該移動体にオプション充電装備が搭載されているか否かを示す前記データを含み、
前記推定装置は、前記オプション充電装備が搭載されていない前記移動体よりも前記オプション充電装備が搭載された前記移動体のほうが前記充電性能が高いと評価し、かつ、前記蓄電装置の前記最大充電電力が大きい前記移動体ほど前記充電性能が高いと評価し、かつ、前記充電性能が低い前記移動体ほど前記電欠リスクが高いと推定するように構成される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のサーバ。 - 前記推定装置は、前記電欠リスクの推定に用いられる前記複数のデータをレーダーチャートにプロットすることにより得られる折れ線の内部の面積に基づいて、前記電欠リスクを推定するように構成される、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のサーバ。
- 前記推定装置は、統計的に学習して得た計算式を用いて、前記電欠リスクの推定に用いられる前記複数のデータから前記電欠リスクを推定するように構成される、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のサーバ。
- 当該サーバは、
前記スケジュール作成部によって作成された前記移動体ごとの前記スケジュールを、それら各移動体のユーザ端末に送信するとともに、当該スケジュールを承認するか否かの回答を各移動体のユーザに要求することと、
前記回答によって全てのユーザが前記スケジュールを承認した後、電力取引が成立したか否かを判断することと、
前記電力取引が成立した場合に、前記要請部により、前記スケジュールに従って前記外部充電の促進、前記外部充電の抑制、又は前記外部給電を行なうことを前記移動体のユーザに要請する要請信号を、当該移動体のユーザ端末に送信することと、
を実行するように構成され、
前記移動体の前記ユーザ端末は、当該移動体に搭載された通信機器と、当該移動体のユーザが携帯する携帯端末との少なくとも一方を含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のサーバ。 - 請求項7に記載のサーバと、前記複数の移動体とを備える電力管理システムであって、
前記サーバは、前記移動体ごとの前記要請信号が示す前記スケジュールに従ってそれら各移動体へ充放電制御の指令を送信し、
前記複数の移動体の各々は、当該移動体に搭載された前記蓄電装置の充放電制御を行なう電子制御ユニットを備え、かつ、当該移動体に対する前記要請信号が示す前記スケジュールの期間内においては、前記サーバによる当該移動体の前記電子制御ユニットの遠隔操作が許可される、電力管理システム。 - 前記複数の移動体の各々は、当該移動体に対する前記要請信号が示す前記スケジュールの期間外において、当該移動体のユーザからの指示に基づいて当該移動体に搭載された前記蓄電装置の即時充電又はタイマ充電を行なうように構成され、
前記要請信号による要請を受けたユーザに帰属する前記移動体は、当該移動体に対する前記要請信号が示す前記スケジュールの期間内において、前記サーバからの前記充放電制御の指令に従って当該移動体に搭載された前記蓄電装置の充放電制御を行なう、請求項8に記載の電力管理システム。
