Abstract
Description
図1は、本開示に係る電力変換装置1、車両内に配置されるバッテリ50、および車外の直流電力供給機30の構成を示した図である。直流電力供給機30は、電力供給ケーブル31によって、車両に設けられた充電コネクタ40と接続されている。充電コネクタ40は、車両内部に配索される中継ケーブル41によって、電力変換装置1に接続されている。電力変換装置1は、バッテリケーブル51によって、バッテリ50に接続されている。上記構成により、直流電力供給機30は、電力変換装置1を介してバッテリ50に接続される。
図3において、筐体70のうち充電接続部42が配置される入力面73とバッテリ接続部52が配置される出力面74は、筐体70の互いに対向する面である。
本実施形態では、入力面73に直交する方向を第1方向、出力面74と直交する方向を第2方向と定義する。上記第1方向および第2方向に直交する方向を第3方向と定義する。図6に示すように、入力面73と出力面74が直交している。上記で言う直交とは、80度から100度の範囲を示すものであり、90度のみをさすものではない。より好ましくは、85度から95度の範囲内であることが望ましい。
以上、本開示の実施形態を説明したが、本開示は上述の実施形態に限定されるものではなく、次の実施形態も本開示の技術的範囲に含まれ、さらに、下記以外にも要旨を逸脱しない範囲内で種々変更して実施することができる。
Claims (9)
- 車両外部の電力供給ケーブル(31)と接続される充電コネクタ(40)と、
車両内部に配索され、一端が前記充電コネクタに接続される中継ケーブル(41)と、
前記充電コネクタから供給される直流電流によって充電されるバッテリ(50)と、
一端が前記バッテリに接続されるバッテリケーブル(51)と、を有する車両に搭載される充電装置であって、
前記中継ケーブルの他端に接続される充電接続部(42)と、
前記バッテリケーブルの他端に接続されるバッテリ接続部(52)と、
前記直流電流の前記バッテリへの通電と遮断を切り替えるリレー(60)と、
前記バッテリと前記充電コネクタ間に配置され、前記リレーを収容する筐体(70)と、を備え、
前記充電接続部は、前記筐体のうち前記充電コネクタ側に配置され、
前記バッテリ接続部は、前記筐体のうち前記バッテリの側に配置される充電装置。 - 前記筐体のうち前記充電接続部が配置される入力面(73)と前記バッテリ接続部が配置される出力面(74)は、前記筐体の互いに対向する面である請求項1に記載の充電装置。
- 前記筐体は、一対の長辺と一対の短辺を有する矩形状の矩形面(70a)を有し、
前記入力面は、前記一対の長辺の一方に連なる面であり、
前記出力面は、前記一対の長辺の他方に連なる面である、請求項2に記載の充電装置。 - 前記筐体のうち前記充電接続部が配置される入力面と直交する方向を一方向と定義し、
前記充電コネクタ側から前記充電接続部を、前記一方向に向かって見た際に、前記充電接続部と前記バッテリ接続部の少なくとも一部が重なっている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の充電装置。 - 前記入力面と直交する方向を一方向と定義し、
前記筐体は、前記バッテリの電圧を変換するDCDCコンバータと、前記充電接続部および前記バッテリ接続部を接続する導電部材(75、76)と、を収容し、
前記充電コネクタ側から前記充電接続部を、前記一方向に向かって見た際に、前記DCDCコンバータは、前記充電接続部および前記バッテリ接続部と、重ならない位置に配置される請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の充電装置。 - 前記筐体のうち前記充電接続部が配置される入力面(73)と前記バッテリ接続部が配置される出力面(74)は、前記筐体の互いに直交する面である請求項1に記載の充電装置。
- 前記入力面と直交する方向を第1方向と定義し、
前記出力面と直交する方向を第2方向と定義し、
前記第1方向および前記第2方向に垂直な方向を第3方向と定義すると、
前記充電接続部および前記バッテリ接続部が配置される位置は、前記第3方向の軸上において、少なくとも一部が互いに重なる位置に配置される請求項6に記載の充電装置。 - 前記筐体は、前記バッテリの電圧を変換するDCDCコンバータを収容し、
前記充電コネクタ側から前記充電接続部を、前記入力面と直交する方向に向かって見た際に、前記DCDCコンバータは、前記充電接続部と重ならない位置に配置される、もしくは、
前記バッテリ側から前記バッテリ接続部を、前記出力面と直交する方向に向かって見た際に、前記DCDCコンバータは、前記バッテリ接続部と重ならない位置に配置される請求項6または7に記載の充電装置。 - 前記充電コネクタ側から前記筐体を、前記入力面と直交する方向に向かって見た際に、前記充電接続部が取り付けられる位置は、前記筐体の中央より前記出力面側に位置し、
前記バッテリ側から前記筐体を、前記出力面と直交する方向に向かって見た際に、前記バッテリ接続部が取り付けられる位置は、前記筐体の中央から前記入力面側に位置する請求項8に記載の充電装置。
