Claims (25)
- 電極材料であって、合金の形態において、
金属リチウムと、
マグネシウムおよびアルミニウムから選択される金属成分X1と、
アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、希土類、ジルコニウム、銅、銀、マンガン、亜鉛、アルミニウム、シリコン、スズ、モリブデン、および鉄から選択される金属成分X2と
を含み、
前記金属成分X2は、前記金属成分X1と異なり、金属リチウムとも異なり、
前記金属リチウムは、少なくとも65重量%の濃度で存在し、前記金属成分X1は、0.1〜30重量%の濃度で存在し、前記成分X2は、0.1〜5重量%の濃度で存在し、前記材料中の成分の濃度[X1+X2]は、0.2%〜35%であり、[Li]>[X1]>[X2]である、電極材料。 - 電極材料であって、合金の形態において、
金属リチウムと、
マグネシウムおよびアルミニウムから選択される金属成分X1と、
アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、希土類、ジルコニウム、銅、銀、ビスマス、コバルト、亜鉛、アルミニウム、シリコン、スズ、アンチモン、カドミウム、水銀、鉛、マンガン、ホウ素、インジウム、タリウム、ニッケル、およびゲルマニウムから選択される金属成分X2と
を含み、
前記金属成分X2は、前記金属成分X1と異なり、金属リチウムとも異なり、
前記金属リチウムは、少なくとも65重量%の濃度で存在し、前記金属成分X1は、0.1〜30重量%の濃度で存在し、前記成分X2は、0.05〜5重量%の濃度で存在し、前記材料中の前記成分の濃度[X1+X2]は、0.15%〜35%である、電極材料。 - 前記金属成分X1は、マグネシウムである、請求項1または2に記載の電極材料。
- 前記金属成分X1は、アルミニウムである、請求項1または2に記載の電極材料。
- 前記金属成分X2は、Na、K、Zr、および希土類から選択される、請求項1−4のいずれか1項に記載の電極材料。
- 前記金属成分X2は、Na、K、Rb、およびCsから選択されるアルカリ金属である、請求項1−4のいずれか1項に記載の電極材料。
- 前記金属成分X2は、Mg、Ca、Sr、およびBaから選択されるアルカリ土類金属である、請求項1−4のいずれか1項に記載の電極材料。
- 前記金属成分X2は、Sc、Y、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu、およびその混合物(ミッシュメタル等)から選択される希土類である、請求項1−3のいずれか1項に記載の電極材料。
- 前記金属成分X2は、Sc、Y、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu、およびその混合物(ミッシュメタル等)から選択される希土類である、請求項2−4のいずれか1項に記載の電極材料。
- 前記金属成分X2は、Zr、Cu、Ag、Mn、Zn、Al、Si、Sn、Mo、またはFeから選択される、請求項1−4のいずれか1項に記載の電極材料。
- 前記金属成分X2は、Zr、Cu、Ag、Bi、Co、Zn、Al、Si、Sn、Sb、Cd、Hg、Pb、Mn、B、In、Tl、Ni、またはGeから選択される、請求項2−4のいずれか1項に記載の電極材料。
- 前記電極材料は、15〜300μmの厚さを有する薄箔である、請求項1−11のいずれか1項に記載の電極材料。
- 前記厚さは、15〜200μmである、請求項12に記載の電極材料。
- 前記厚さは、15〜100μmである、請求項12に記載の電極材料。
- 前記厚さは、15〜50μmである、請求項12に記載の電極材料。
- 請求項1−15のいずれか1項に規定されるような電極材料を調製するためのプロセスであって、前記プロセスは、
a.前記金属リチウムを前記金属成分X1とともに溶融合金槽内で溶融させることによって、合金化させるステップと、
b.前記金属成分X2を前記溶融合金槽に添加するステップと、
c.鋼片の形態等の押出成形に好適な形態において、(b)において取得された合金を恒久的金型内で固化させるステップと
を含む、プロセス。 - d.前記固体鋼片を圧延に好適な薄箔(100〜600μm)に変形させるステップと、
e.圧延によって、前記薄箔を薄箔(15〜200μm)に変形させるステップと
をさらに含む、請求項16に記載のプロセス。 - d.前記固体鋼片を圧延に好適な薄箔(100〜300μm)に変形させるステップと、
e.単一ステップにおける積層によって、前記薄箔を極薄箔(15〜50μm)に変形させるステップと
をさらに含む、請求項16に記載のプロセス。 - 前記合金固化ステップは、恒久的金型内においてある制御されたレートで実施される、請求項16−18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 集電器上に適用される請求項1−15のいずれか1項に記載の電極材料を含む、アノード。
- 集電器上に適用される請求項17または18に規定されるようなプロセスのステップ(e)で取得された極薄箔を含む、アノード。
- カソードと、電解質と、アノードとを含む電気化学セルであって、前記アノードは、請求項1−15のいずれか1項に規定されるような電極材料を含む、電気化学セル。
- カソードと、電解質と、請求項20または21に規定されるようなアノードとを含む、電気化学セル。
- カソードと、電解質と、請求項16−19のいずれか1項に規定されるようなプロセスによって取得される電極材料を含むアノードとを含む、電気化学セル。
- 請求項22−24のいずれか1項に規定されるような電気化学セルを含む、リチウム蓄電池。
