Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年6月29日付の韓国特許出願第10−2018−0075903号および2019年6月11日付の韓国特許出願第10−2019−0068578号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容を本明細書の一部として含む。
高分子基材;紫外線吸収有機染料および光硬化性バインダー樹脂を含むアンダーコート層;並びに紫外線遮断無機粒子および光硬化性バインダー樹脂を含むオーバーコート層が順に積層された紫外線遮断フィルムであって、
下記の耐光テスト実施前と後に、UV−VIS−NIRスペクトロフォトメーターを用いて405nm波長の透過率を測定した時、耐光テスト後の透過率が耐光テスト前の透過率の3倍以下である、紫外線遮断フィルムを提供する。
温度50℃、放射照度0.55W/m2、波長290〜400nmのUVAランプ下で48時間露光させる。
トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサ(メタ)アクリレート、およびグリセリンプロポキシル化トリアクリレートからなる多官能性(メタ)アクリレート系モノマー群;より選択された1種以上の光重合性化合物の重合体であってもよい。
下記の耐光テスト実施前と後に、UV−VIS−NIRスペクトロフォトメーターを用いて405nm波長の透過率を測定した時、耐光テスト後の透過率が耐光テスト前の透過率の3倍以下である、紫外線遮断フィルムを提供する。
温度50℃、放射照度0.55W/m2、波長290〜400nmのUVAランプ下で48時間露光させる。

UA7933:2官能ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー(SK ENTIS、重量平均分子量3,000)

306T:6官能ウレタンアクリレート(Kyoeisha、重量平均分子量1,000)
PVDF:ポリビニリデンフルオライド(sigma−aldrich、重量平均分子量:530,000)
PVDF−HFP:ポリビニリデンフルオライド−co−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(Solvay、SOLEF(登録商標)21508)
UA−3912:BONASORB UA−3912(オリエントケミカル社、インドール系有機染料)
FDB−009:下記の化学式1で表されるピリミジン系染料(Yamada社)
I−184:Irgacure(登録商標)184(Ciba社)
IPA:イソプロピルアルコール
MEK:メチルエチルケトン
EtOH:エタノール
MIBK:メチルイソブチルケトン
F477:Megaface F477(DIC社)
(1)アンダーコート層の製造
下記表1の組成を有するアンダーコート組成物を製造し、これを60μm厚さのトリアセチルセルロース(TAC)フィルムの一面に#12メイヤーバー(mayer bar)でコーティングした後、60℃で2分間乾燥した。前記乾燥物に100mJ/cm2の紫外線を照射して、4μm厚さのアンダーコート層を製造した。
下記表2および3の組成(重量部で表記)で比較例1〜3および実施例1〜3のオーバーコート組成物を製造した。
(1)アンダーコート層の製造
下記表4の組成を有するアンダーコート組成物を製造し、これを60μm厚さのトリアセチルセルロース(TAC)フィルムの一面に#12メイヤーバー(mayer bar)でコーティングした後、60℃で2分間乾燥した。前記乾燥物に100mJ/cm2の紫外線を照射して、4μm厚さのアンダーコート層を製造した。
下記表5の組成(重量部で表記)で実施例4および比較例5のオーバーコート組成物を製造した。
(1)アンダーコート層の製造
下記表6の組成で比較例6および7、表7の組成で比較例8および9のアンダーコート組成物を製造した。
下記表8の組成(重量部で表記)でオーバーコート組成物を製造し、前記(1)で製造したアンダーコート層上に#8メイヤーバー(mayer bar)でコーティングした後、60℃で2分間乾燥した。前記乾燥物に200mJ/cm2の紫外線を照射して、3〜4μm厚さのオーバーコート層を製造した。
1.耐光テスト
前記製造例で得られた各紫外線遮断フィルムを温度50℃、放射照度0.55W/m2、波長290〜400nmのUVAランプ下で48時間露光させた。
前記耐光テスト前および後の紫外線遮断フィルムの透過率を次の方法で測定した。UV−VIS−NIR スペクトロフォトメーター(spectrophotometer)(モデル名:Solidspec−3700、製造会社:Shimadzu)を用いてフィルムのない状態をベースラインに設定した状態でアンダーおよびオーバーコート層を含むフィルム全体の透過スペクトルを照射した。
JIS K 7136規格により各紫外線遮断フィルムのヘイズ値を測定した。
JIS K 7361規格により各紫外線遮断フィルムの全光線透過率を測定した。
前記実験の結果を下記表9〜11に示した。
Claims (12)
- 高分子基材;
紫外線吸収有機染料および光硬化性バインダー樹脂を含むアンダーコート層;並びに
紫外線遮断無機粒子および光硬化性バインダー樹脂を含むオーバーコート層が順に積層された紫外線遮断フィルムであって、
下記の耐光テスト実施前と後に、UV−VIS−NIRスペクトロフォトメーターを用いて405nm波長の透過率を測定した時、耐光テスト後の透過率が耐光テスト前の透過率の3倍以下である、紫外線遮断フィルム。
[耐光テスト方法]
温度50℃、放射照度0.55W/m2、波長290〜400nmのUVAランプ下で48時間露光させる。 - 前記耐光テスト前、前記UV−VIS−NIRスペクトロフォトメーターを用いて測定した430nm波長の透過率が60%以上である、請求項1に記載の紫外線遮断フィルム。
- JIS K 7136法により測定されたヘイズ値が1.5以下である、請求項1または2に記載の紫外線遮断フィルム。
- 前記紫外線吸収有機染料は、ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物、トリアジン系化合物、エステル系化合物、インドール系化合物、およびピリミジン系化合物からなる群より選択される1種以上である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の紫外線遮断フィルム。
- 前記紫外線吸収有機染料は、アンダーコート層の総重量の1〜10重量%含まれる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の紫外線遮断フィルム。
- 前記紫外線遮断無機粒子の屈折率は、1.8〜2.1である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の紫外線遮断フィルム。
- 前記紫外線遮断無機粒子の平均粒径は、20〜200nmである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の紫外線遮断フィルム。
- 前記紫外線遮断無機粒子は、酸化亜鉛である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の紫外線遮断フィルム。
- 前記紫外線遮断無機粒子は、オーバーコート層の総重量の10〜50重量%含まれる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の紫外線遮断フィルム。
- 前記光硬化性バインダー樹脂は、ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー、エポキシドアクリレートオリゴマー、ポリエステルアクリレート、およびポリエーテルアクリレートからなる反応性アクリレートオリゴマー群;並びに
トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサ(メタ)アクリレート、およびグリセリンプロポキシル化トリアクリレートからなる多官能性(メタ)アクリレート系モノマー群;より選択された1種以上の光重合性化合物の重合体である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の紫外線遮断フィルム。 - 前記アンダーコート層の厚さは、1〜10μmである、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の紫外線遮断フィルム。
- 前記オーバーコート層の厚さは、1〜5μmである、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の紫外線遮断フィルム。
