Description
Claims (20)
- 機能性皮革部品の製造方法であって、
皮革シートを設けることと、
フレキシブル電子回路を前記皮革シートのA面に塗布することと、
前記回路上に着色塗料を配置することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記着色塗料が、前記着色塗料を通して前記回路が見えることを抑制又は防止する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 塗布することが、前記皮革シートの前記A面上に導電性インクを直接に印刷することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 光源であって、前記光源に電力が供給されると光を発する光源を設けることと、
前記光源を前記回路に電気的に接続することと、
を更に含み、
前記着色塗料が前記光源上に配置され、
前記着色塗料が、前記着色塗料を通して前記光源が見えることを抑制又は防止し、
前記光源から発せられた光は、前記着色塗料を通して見える、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記光源がマイクロ発光ダイオードを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記光源が、前記光源から発せられた光が情報を伝達する視覚的インジケータを提供するような方法で光を発するように配置又は構成される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記皮革シートの前記A面上にアクリルウレタン防汚成分を塗布することを更に含み、前記防汚成分は、a)前記着色塗料の一部として、又はb)前記着色塗料上のトップコートとして含有される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記回路が第1の回路であり、前記方法が、前記皮革シートの前記A面に第2のフレキシブル電子回路を塗布することを更に含み、
前記着色塗料が前記第2の回路上に配置され、
前記着色塗料が、前記着色塗料を通して前記第2の回路が見えることを抑制又は防止し、
前記第2の回路が前記第1の回路から電気的に絶縁されている、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の回路が無線送信機を含み、
前記無線送信機が、関連するポータブル電子デバイスが前記無線送信機から所定の距離内にある時に、振動電磁場を生成するように構成される、
請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記光源が、前記ポータブル電子デバイスが前記無線送信機から所定の距離内にある時に、前記無線送信機の位置を示す光を発するように構成される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の回路が、前記第2の回路内の導電性経路を形成又は遮断するように動作可能な容量性スイッチを含み、
前記光源が、前記容量性スイッチの位置を示す光を発するように構成される、
請求項8に記載の方法。 - 車両部品の表面上に前記皮革シートを固定することを更に含み、
前記回路が圧力センサを含み、
前記車両部品がステアリングホイールであり、
前記圧力センサが前記ステアリングホイールの全周にわたって配置される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 車両部品の表面上に前記皮革シートを固定することを更に含み、
前記回路がバイオメトリックセンサを含み、
前記車両部品が座席であり、
前記バイオメトリックセンサが、前記座席に座っているユーザのバイオメトリクスを測定するように構成される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 車両部品の表面上に前記皮革シートを固定し、前記回路を車両の電源に電気的に接続することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記皮革シートが前記車両部品の輪郭に適合している、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記着色塗料中の顔料充填量が、前記着色塗料を通して前記回路が見えることを抑制又は防止するのに十分である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記回路及び前記着色塗料が、前記皮革シートが前記車両部品の前記表面上に固定される前に前記皮革シートに塗布される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記回路が、固定中に前記車両部品の前記表面の輪郭に適合される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 車両システムの製造方法であって、
フレキシブル電子回路を皮革シートのA面に塗布することと、
光源を前記回路に電気的に接続することであって、前記光源が、電力が供給されると光を発するように構成されることと、
前記回路上及び前記光源上に着色塗料を配置することと、
前記皮革シートの前記A面が前記車両部品とは反対側を向くように、前記皮革シートを車両部品の表面上に固定することと、
前記回路を車両電子制御ユニットと車両電源とに接続することと、
を含み、
前記着色塗料が、前記着色塗料を通して前記回路及び前記光源が見えることを抑制又は防止し、
前記光源から発せられた光は、前記着色塗料を通して見える、
方法。 - 前記車両部品が、内装パネル、ドア、座席、ステアリングホイール、ダッシュボード、センターコンソール又は変速シフタを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
