Claims (20)
- スマート機能性車両部品であって、
車両部品と、
前記車両部品の表面上に固定された皮革シートと、
前記皮革シートのA面に直接に接触する導電性インクを含む、フレキシブル電子回路と、
光源であって、電力が前記光源に供給されると光を発し、前記フレキシブル電子回路に電気的に接続されている、光源と、
前記フレキシブル電子回路上及び前記光源上に配置された着色塗料と、
を備えるスマート機能性車両部品。 - 前記着色塗料が、前記着色塗料を通して前記フレキシブル電子回路及び前記光源が見えることを抑制又は防止し、
前記光源から発せられた光は、前記着色塗料を通して見え、
前記光源から発せられた光が、情報を車両乗員に伝達する視覚的インジケータを提供する、
請求項1に記載のスマート機能性車両部品。 - 前記皮革シートの前記A面上にアクリルウレタン防汚成分を塗布することを更に含み、前記防汚成分は、a)前記着色塗料の一部として、又はb)前記着色塗料上のトップコートとして含有される、請求項1に記載のスマート機能性車両部品。
- 前記情報が、警報、通知、警告、指示、関連車両、前記関連車両の乗員、前記関連車両の環境又はこれらの組み合わせの現在の又は予想される状態を含む、請求項2に記載のスマート機能性車両部品。
- 前記車両部品が車両ダッシュボードであり、
前記フレキシブル電子回路が、車両ヒューマンマシンインターフェースと電気的に連通しており、
前記機能性車両部品が、前記車両ヒューマンマシンインターフェースへの入力に応答して視覚的インジケータを提供するように構成されている、
請求項2に記載のスマート機能性車両部品。 - 前記入力が可聴入力を含む、請求項5に記載のスマート機能性車両部品。
- 前記情報が、現在時刻又は前記関連車両の現在の燃料残量を含む、請求項6に記載のスマート機能性車両部品。
- 前記車両部品がステアリングホイールであり、
前記フレキシブル電子回路が車両電子制御ユニットと電気的に連通しており、
前記情報に、方向インジケータ又はターンシグナルインジケータが含まれる、
請求項2に記載のスマート機能性車両部品。 - 前記車両部品がステアリングホイールであり、
前記フレキシブル電子回路が第1のフレキシブル電子回路であり、
前記スマート機能性車両部品が、前記皮革シートの前記A面に接触し、印刷かつ硬化された導電性インクを含む、第2のフレキシブル電子回路を更に含み、
前記着色塗料が前記第2のフレキシブル電子回路上に配置され、
前記第2のフレキシブル電子回路が、前記ステアリングホイールの全周にわたって延伸しており、前記ステアリングホイールの前記全周にわたって配置された複数の圧力センサを含み、
前記第2のフレキシブル電子回路が前記第1のフレキシブル電子回路から電気的に絶縁されている、
請求項2に記載のスマート機能性車両部品。 - 前記着色層が、前記圧力センサを含む前記第2のフレキシブル電子回路が前記着色層を通して見えることを抑制又は防止する、請求項9に記載のスマート機能性車両部品。
- 前記フレキシブル電子回路が、前記フレキシブル電子回路内の導電性経路を形成又は遮断するように動作可能な容量性スイッチを含み、
前記光源から発せられた光が、前記容量性スイッチの位置を示す、
請求項2に記載のスマート機能性車両部品。 - 車両システムであって、
車両電力システムと、
前記車両電力システムに電気的に接続された電子制御ユニットと、
スマート機能性車両部品であって、
車両部品と、
前記車両部品の表面上に固定された皮革シートと、
前記皮革シートのA面に直接に接触する導電性インクであって、前記電子制御ユニットと電気的に連通した導電性インクを含む、フレキシブル電子回路と、
マイクロ発光ダイオードであって、電力が前記車両電力システムから前記マイクロ発光ダイオードに供給されると光を発し、前記フレキシブル電子回路に電気的に接続されている、マイクロ発光ダイオードと、
前記フレキシブル電子回路上及び前記マイクロ発光ダイオード上に配置された着色塗料と、
を含むスマート機能性車両部品と、
を備え、
前記電子制御ユニットが、前記機能性車両部品の動作を制御するように構成されている、
車両システム。 - 前記着色塗料が、前記着色塗料を通して前記フレキシブル電子回路及び前記マイクロ発光ダイオードが見えることを抑制又は防止し、
前記マイクロ発光ダイオードから発せられた光は、前記着色塗料を通して見え、
前記マイクロ発光ダイオードから発せられた光が、情報を車両乗員に伝達する視覚的インジケータを提供する、
請求項12に記載の車両システム。 - 前記情報が、警報、通知、警告、指示、関連車両、前記関連車両の乗員、前記関連車両の環境又はこれらの組み合わせの現在の又は予想される状態を含む、請求項13に記載の車両システム。
- 前記車両部品が車両ダッシュボードであり、
前記フレキシブル電子回路が、車両ヒューマンマシンインターフェースと電気的に連通しており、
前記スマート機能性車両部品が、前記車両ヒューマンマシンインターフェースへの可聴入力に応答して視覚的インジケータを提供するように構成されている、
請求項14に記載の車両システム。 - 前記車両部品がステアリングホイールであり、
前記情報に、方向インジケータ又はターンシグナルインジケータが含まれる、
請求項14に記載の車両システム。 - 前記フレキシブル電子回路が第1のフレキシブル電子回路であり、
前記スマート機能性車両部品が、前記皮革シートの前記A面に接触し、印刷かつ硬化された導電性インクを含む、第2のフレキシブル電子回路を更に含み、
前記着色塗料が前記第2のフレキシブル電子回路上に配置され、
前記第2のフレキシブル電子回路が、前記ステアリングホイールの全周にわたって延伸しており、前記ステアリングホイールの前記全周にわたって配置された複数の圧力センサを含む、
請求項16に記載の車両システム。 - 前記着色塗料が、前記複数の圧力センサを含む前記第2のフレキシブル電子回路が前記着色塗料を通して見えることを抑制又は防止し、
前記第2のフレキシブル電子回路が前記第1のフレキシブル電子回路から電気的に絶縁されている、
請求項17に記載の車両システム。 - 前記フレキシブル電子回路が、前記フレキシブル電子回路内の導電性経路を形成又は遮断するように動作可能な容量性スイッチを含み、
前記マイクロ発光ダイオードから発せられた光が、前記容量性スイッチの位置を示す、
請求項12に記載の車両システム。 - スマート機能性車両ステアリングホイールであって、
車両ステアリングホイールと、
前記ステアリングホイールの表面上に固定された皮革シートと、
前記皮革シートのA面に直接に接触する導電性インクを含む、フレキシブル電子回路と、
前記フレキシブル電子回路上に配置された着色塗料と、
を備え、
前記フレキシブル電子回路が、前記ステアリングホイールの全周にわたって延伸しており、前記ステアリングホイールの前記全周にわたって配置された1つ以上の圧力センサを含む、
スマート機能性車両ステアリングホイール。
