Abstract
Description
本発明は、また、冶金容器のライニングを形成するためのプロセスであって、(a)最小粒子サイズと最大粒子サイズとを有するとともに最大粒子サイズと最小粒子サイズとの比が10/1以下である耐火骨材部と、カルシウムアルミネートセメント、アルミナホスフェート、水和性アルミナ、コロイダルシリカ及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれる耐火バインダーを含むバインダー相とを混合して、キャスタブル耐火混合物を形成すること、ここで前記閉耐火骨材部は0.1mm超の粒子径を有する材料を100重量%含む、並びに、(b)冶金容器の内側に接触させてキャスタブル耐火混合物を鋳造し、ライニングを形成すること、を含むプロセスにも関する。本発明の実施形態において、キャスタブル耐火混合物は、鋳型と冶金容器内側との間に画定される大きさにて鋳造される。
Claims (16)
- 最小粒子サイズ及び最大粒子サイズを有する閉耐火骨材部であって、前記最大粒子サイズと最小粒子サイズとの比が10/1以下である閉耐火骨材部と、
カルシウムアルミネートセメント、アルミナホスフェート、水和性アルミナ、コロイダルシリカ及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれる耐火バインダーを含むバインダー相と、
を備え、
前記閉耐火骨材部が、0.1mm超の粒子径を有する材料を100重量%含む、
多孔質耐火材。 - 前記最大粒子サイズと最小粒子サイズとの比が5/1以下である、
請求項1に記載の多孔質耐火材。 - 前記最大粒子サイズと最小粒子サイズとの比が2/1以下である、
請求項1に記載の多孔質耐火材。 - 前記骨材部及び前記バインダー相の合計重量に占める前記骨材部の重量割合が70重量%以上98重量%以下である、
請求項1に記載の多孔質耐火材。 - 前記骨材部及び前記バインダー相の合計重量に占める前記骨材部の重量割合が75重量%以上98重量%以下である、
請求項4に記載の多孔質耐火材。 - 前記閉耐火骨材部の100重量%が、少なくとも0.2mm径の粒子サイズを有する、
請求項1に記載の多孔質耐火材。 - 前記閉耐火骨材部が、アルミナ、マグネサイト、ジルコニア、酸化カルシウム、シリカ、スピネル、カルシウムアルミネート類、ムライト、オリビン、フォルステライト、ジルコン、カルシウムシリケート、AZS及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれる材料を含む、
請求項1に記載の多孔質耐火材。 - 前記バインダー相が、反応性アルミナ、か焼アルミナ、板状アルミナ、溶融アルミナ、ムライト、カーボン、炭化ケイ素、二酸化ジルコニウム、マグネサイト、アルミニウムシリケート類、フュームドシリカ、ボーキサイト、酸化クロム及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれる材料を含む、
請求項1に記載の多孔質耐火材。 - 耐火骨材の最小粒子のサイズと前記バインダー相における最大粒子のサイズとの比が、少なくとも10:1である、
請求項1に記載の多孔質耐火材。 - 耐火骨材の最小粒子のサイズと前記バインダー相における最大粒子のサイズとの比が、少なくとも2:1である、
請求項1に記載の多孔質耐火材。 - 前記バインダー相の100重量%が100ミクロン以下のサイズを有する粒子からなる、
請求項1に記載の多孔質耐火材。 - 開気孔率が20体積%以上60体積%以下である、
請求項1に記載の多孔質耐火材。 - 気孔が屈曲している、
請求項1に記載の多孔質耐火材。 - 請求項1に係る第1の多孔質耐火材を含むとともに、最小骨材粒子サイズを有する、第1の層と、
請求項1に係る第2の多孔質耐火材を含むとともに、最大骨材粒子サイズを有する、第2の層と、
を備え、
前記第1の層の前記最小骨材粒子サイズが、前記第2の層の前記最大骨材粒子サイズよりも大きい、
多孔質耐火材構造。 - 内側及び外側を有する冶金容器であって、前記冶金容器の前記内側に、請求項1に係る多孔質耐火材を有するライニング構造が設けられている、冶金容器。
- 溶融金属の酸化を最小化するためのプロセスであって、
a)請求項1に係る多孔質耐火材を含むライニング構造を備える容器へと、溶融金属を移送すること、
b)前記容器外に前記溶融金属を移送すること、
を含むプロセス。
