Abstract
Description
以下、本発明に係る制御装置を、車載の電源システム100に適用した第1実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第2実施形態について、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図4〜6を参照しつつ説明する。図4において、先の図2に示した構成と同一の処理については、便宜上、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
なお、上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
Claims (6)
- 電動アクチュエータ(51)と、前記電動アクチュエータの電力供給状態と電力遮断状態とを切り替えるスイッチ(92)と、前記スイッチを駆動する駆動部(62)と、を備えるシステム(100)に適用される制御装置(60)であって、
前記電動アクチュエータは、前記スイッチが開状態と閉状態とのうちの一方の状態である場合に前記電力供給状態となり、他方の状態である場合に前記電力遮断状態となり、
前記駆動部は、前記スイッチの切り替えに関する指令信号(SB)に基づいて、前記スイッチを駆動する駆動信号(SC)を前記スイッチに出力し、
前記指令信号に基づいて前記スイッチの状態を判定する第1制御部(66)と、
前記駆動信号に基づいて前記スイッチの状態を判定する第2制御部(67)と、を備え、
前記第1制御部と前記第2制御部との少なくとも一方は、前記第1制御部により前記スイッチが前記一方の状態であると判定され、かつ前記第2制御部により前記スイッチが前記一方の状態であると判定されたことを条件に、前記電動アクチュエータが前記電力供給状態であると判定する制御装置。 - 前記第1制御部は、前記指令信号を前記駆動部に出力し、この指令信号に基づいて前記スイッチの状態を判定する請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記第1制御部は、前記駆動信号を取得し、前記指令信号が示す前記スイッチの状態と、前記駆動信号が示す前記スイッチの状態とが等しいか異なるかを判定し、
前記第2制御部は、前記指令信号を取得し、前記指令信号が示す前記スイッチの状態と、前記駆動信号が示す前記スイッチの状態とが等しいか異なるかを判定し、
前記第1制御部と前記第2制御部との少なくとも一方は、前記第1制御部と前記第2制御部とのうちの少なくともいずれかの制御部により異なると判定されたことを条件に、前記駆動部に異常が生じていると判定する請求項1または請求項2に記載の制御装置。 - 前記システムは、遮断信号(SE)に基づいて前記スイッチを強制的に前記他方の状態に切り替える遮断部(64)を備えており、
前記第1制御部と前記第2制御部との少なくとも一方は、前記駆動部に異常が生じていると判定された場合に、前記遮断部に前記遮断信号を出力する請求項3に記載の制御装置。 - 前記電動アクチュエータは、電源装置(10)と、コンデンサ(40)を含む電気負荷(11)とを接続する電気経路(LD)に設けられ、前記電気負荷の起動時に前記電源装置から前記コンデンサに充電するプリチャージを行うリレースイッチであり、
前記第1制御部は、前記スイッチの状態が規定期間に亘って前記一方の状態である場合に、前記プリチャージの完了を判定し、
前記第2制御部は、前記スイッチの状態が前記規定期間に亘って前記一方の状態である場合に、前記プリチャージの完了を判定し、
前記第1制御部と前記第2制御部との少なくとも一方は、前記第1制御部により前記プリチャージが完了したと判定され、かつ前記第2制御部により前記プリチャージが完了したと判定されたことを条件に、前記スイッチを前記他方の状態に切り替える請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。 - 前記スイッチは、半導体スイッチング素子であり、
前記駆動信号は、前記半導体スイッチング素子の制御端子(92a)に入力されるアナログ信号であり、
前記指令信号は、ハイ及びローの二値で変化する二値信号である請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
