Description
Claims (5)
- 二次電池と、前記二次電池からの電力供給を受ける負荷と、前記二次電池および前記負荷の間に配置されたリレーとを備えた電源システムの監視装置であって、
二次電池の状態量を測定するためのセンサと、
前記センサと共通の動作電源電圧を受けて動作し、前記二次電池の状態を監視するための電池監視ユニットと、
前記リレーの接続前の状態時に、前記センサによる測定値が所定の正常範囲から外れていることを検知する第1の検知手段と、
前記動作電源電圧が前記電池監視ユニットの所定の動作保証値を下回っていることを検知する第2の検知手段と、
前記リレー接続前において、前記第1の検知手段によって前記センサによる測定値が前記正常範囲から外れていることが検知され、かつ、前記第2の検知手段によって前記動作電源電圧が前記動作保証値を下回っていることが検知されたときに、前記電池監視ユニットの異常を検知する異常検知手段と、
前記異常検知手段によって前記電池監視ユニットの異常が検知されたときに、前記リレーによる接続を禁止する異常時処理手段とを備える、電源システムの監視装置。 - 前記第2の検知手段は、前記動作電源電圧が所定期間継続して前記動作保証値以下となったときに、前記動作電源電圧が前記動作保証値を下回っていることを検知する、請求項1記載の電源システムの監視装置。
- 前記異常検知手段は、前記リレーの接続後には、前記第2の検知手段によって前記動作電源電圧が前記動作保証値を下回っていることが所定期間継続して検知されたときに、前記電池監視ユニットの異常を検知する手段を含む、請求項1記載の電源システムの監視装置。
- 前記センサは、前記二次電池の入出力電流を測定する電流センサである、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電源システムの監視装置。
- 前記異常時処理手段は、さらに、前記異常検知手段によって前記電池監視ユニットの異常が検知されたときに、前記センサの測定値に基づく制御を中止させる、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電源システムの監視装置。
