Claims (9)
- 複数の検出部(71)が設けられると共に、エンジン(E)のクランク軸(50)と同軸回転するパルサリング(70)と、前記検出部(71)の通過状態を検出するセンサ(37)とを含んで構成されるエンジンのクランク角検出装置において、
前記パルサリング(70)が、前記クランク軸(50)のクランクウェブ(53)に固定されており、
前記パルサリング(70)に、前記クランク軸(50)の慣性バランスを整えるためのウェイト(W)が設けられていることを特徴とするエンジンのクランク角検出装置。 - 前記パルサリング(70)が、前記クランク軸(50)の軸方向端部寄りの前記クランクウェブ(53)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンのクランク角検出装置。
- 前記ウェイト(W)が、前記パルサリング(70)の一部の厚さ寸法を増加させる形状とされることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のエンジンのクランク角検出装置。
- 前記ウェイト(W)が、前記パルサリング(70)と一体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエンジンのクランク角検出装置。
- 前記ウェイト(W)が、前記パルサリング(70)と異なる材質または異なる部材で構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエンジンのクランク角検出装置。
- 前記パルサリング(70)には、前記ウェイト(W)が設けられない部分に肉抜き孔(75)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のエンジンのクランク角検出装置。
- 前記パルサリング(70)は、前記クランクウェブ(53)に対して締結部材(82)で固定されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のエンジンのクランク角検出装置。
- 前記パルサリング(70)を前記クランクウェブ(53)に固定した際に、前記締結部材(82)の頭部と前記ウェイト(W)の表面とが同じ高さとなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のエンジンのクランク角検出装置。
- 前記パルサリング(70)に、前記締結部材(82)を通す貫通孔(74)が同心円上で等間隔に設けられており、
前記ウェイト(W)が、前記貫通孔(74)同士の間の位置に配設されることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載のエンジンのクランク角検出装置。
