Claims (5)
- クランクケースと、
該クランクケースに取付けられたシリンダと、
該シリンダ内に往復動可能に挿嵌されたピストンと、
該ピストンから延びる連接棒と、
該連接棒の一側にベアリングを介して挿通されるクランク軸と、
モータにより回転駆動される回転軸と、
該回転軸に取付けられると共に前記クランク軸が取付けられ該回転軸が回転したときに生じるモーメントを釣り合わせるためのバランスウエイトとを備えてなる往復動圧縮機において、
前記バランスウエイトは、
前記回転軸側を中心にした円弧状の円弧周縁を有するウエイト部と、
該ウエイト部に設けられ前記回転軸に取付けられる回転軸穴と、
該回転軸穴から前記円弧周縁と反対側に突出して設けられたクランク軸取付突起と、
該クランク軸取付突起に前記回転軸穴と径方向に偏心して設けられたクランク軸穴と、を有し、
前記円弧周縁の両側の端部は、前記回転軸穴の中心を挟んで通る直線よりも前記円弧周縁の反対側の前記クランク軸穴側に形成され、
前記円弧周縁の両側の前記クランク軸穴側の端面の前記回転軸穴側部は、前記円弧周縁の両側の端部よりも前記回転軸穴側に設けられていることを特徴とする往復動圧縮機。 - 前記ウエイト部は、単一の板状体として形成してなる請求項1に記載の往復動圧縮機。
- 前記バランスウエイトは、前記ウエイト部とクランク軸取付突起とを一体的に形成してなる請求項1に記載の往復動圧縮機。
- 前記円弧周縁の両側の前記クランク軸穴側の端面と前記クランク軸取付突起との間は、滑らかに接続する凹湾曲形状に形成してなる請求項1に記載の往復動圧縮機。
- 前記円弧周縁の円弧の中心点(O3)は、前記回転軸穴の軸中心(O1)よりも前記クランク軸穴側にずれて設けてなる請求項1に記載の往復動圧縮機。
