Abstract
Description
図5には、補強部材290の別例が示される。図3ではリブプレート294及び補強フランジ292が一対設けられたが、図5の例ではリブプレート294及び補強フランジ292が一つのみ設けられる。このような構成によっても、補強フランジ292が延長部258に裏張りされ、またリブプレート294が延長部258とクロスメンバロア260との間隙に挿入され、さらに、フロントフロアパネル210とハット部底部262Aとが補強部材290によって繋げられるので、屈曲点258A,258Bを起点とする変形や、補強部材290周辺の変形が抑制される。
図4では、クロスメンバアッパ250の前方フランジ254から延長部258が設けられていたが、本実施形態に係る車両下部構造はこの形態に限らない。要するにクロスメンバアッパ250及びクロスメンバロア260の一方の前方フランジ254,264から延長部258が設けられればよく、例えば図6に例示されるように、クロスメンバロア260の前方フランジ264から延長部258が設けられてもよい。
Claims (2)
- フロア上に配置されるバッテリパックを備える、車両下部構造であって、
前記バッテリパックの前端は、車幅方向に延設される骨格部材であるクロスメンバに固定され、
前記クロスメンバは、上部部材であるクロスメンバアッパ及び下部部材であるクロスメンバロアを備え、
前記クロスメンバアッパは、車幅方向視が下方に開口されたハット形状である上凸ハット部を備え、
前記クロスメンバロアは、車幅方向視が上方に開口されたハット形状である下凸ハット部を備え、
前記下凸ハット部と前記上凸ハット部の鍔部である前方フランジ同士及び後方フランジ同士が固定されることで閉断面構造が形成され、
前記クロスメンバロア及び前記クロスメンバアッパの一方の、前記前方フランジには、当該前方フランジの前端から屈曲されつつ前方かつ下方に延設され前端がフロアパネルに接続される延長部が設けられ、
前記延長部には、補強部材が取り付けられ、
前記補強部材は、
前記クロスメンバロア及び前記クロスメンバアッパの前記前方フランジから前記延長部に亘って屈曲されながら重ね合わせられて当該前方フランジ及び当該延長部に固定される補強フランジと、
前記延長部と前記クロスメンバロアとの間隙に挿入され車両前後方向に延設されるリブプレートと、
を備える、車両下部構造。 - 請求項1に記載の車両下部構造であって、
前記補強部材は、前記クロスメンバの車幅方向に沿って等間隔に複数設けられる、
車両下部構造。
