Abstract
Description
前部空間には、エンジンと、トランスアクスルと、PCUと、低電圧バッテリと、車両構成部品と、が設けられる。
前記トランスアクスルは、走行用モータを収容する。
前記PCUは、前記トランスアクスルの上面に設けられる。前記PCUは、前記走行用モータと高電圧バッテリとの間の電力の授受を制御する。
前記車両構成部品の剛性は、前記PCUの剛性よりも低い。
前記エンジンおよび前記トランスアクスルは、車幅方向に並べられている。
前記車両構成部品および前記低電圧バッテリは、前記PCUの前方において前記車幅方向に並べられている。
前記車両構成部品は、前記PCUの前方に位置している。
前記低電圧バッテリは、前記車両構成部品よりも前記HV車両の外側に位置している。
前記車両構成部品は、前記エンジンのエアクリーナである。
前記車両構成部品は、前記エンジンおよび前記PCUを冷却する冷却水のリザーバータンクである。
前記PCUは、前記トランスアクスルの上面において前記トランスアクスルと一体化されている。
前記PCUの上面に、前記HV車両または前記エンジンを制御する制御ユニットが配置されている。
前記車両構成部品は、前記HV車両または前記エンジンを制御する制御ユニットである。
先ず、図1および2を参照して、本発明の実施の形態1に係るレイアウト構造について説明する。なお、図中の座標系のF軸はHV車両の車長方向(前後方向)を示し、W軸は車幅方向(左右方向)を示し、H軸は上下方向を示している。
図1は、実施の形態1に係るレイアウト構造が適用されるHV車両1の前部空間の上面模式図である。なお、図1には、レイアウト構造と関係性の高い要部のみが描かれている。HV車両1は、エンジン10と、エアクリーナ12と、ラジエータ14と、リザーバータンク16と、モータユニット20と、高電圧バッテリ30と、補機バッテリ32と、HV−ECU(ハイブリッド電子制御ユニット)40と、EFI−ECU(エンジン用電子制御ユニット)42と、を備えている。
図1に示すように、前部空間FCには、エンジン10、エアクリーナ12、ラジエータ14、リザーバータンク16、モータユニット20、補機バッテリ32およびEFI−ECU42が設けられている。高電圧バッテリ30およびHV−ECU40は、前部空間FCとは異なる空間に設けられている。高電圧バッテリ30は、例えば、HV車両1の後部空間(リアコンパートメント)に設けられている。HV−ECU40は、例えば、HV車両1の室内に設けられている。
図1および2に示したレイアウト構造によれば、PCU22の前方にエアクリーナ12が配置される。そのため、HV車両1の正面衝突時、PCU22よりもエアクリーナ12の方が先に衝撃を受ける。したがって、エアクリーナ12によって衝突エネルギを吸収して、PCU22を保護することができる。また、既に説明したように、エアクリーナ12の剛性は、ハウジングの剛性よりも低い。そのため、衝突を受けたエアクリーナ12が後退したとしても、エアクリーナ12との接触によってPCU22が受ける衝撃を小さくすることもできる。
次に、図3および4を参照して、本発明の実施の形態2に係るレイアウト構造について説明する。なお、上記実施の形態1と重複する部分の説明については適宜省略する。
図3は、実施の形態2に係るレイアウト構造が適用されるHV車両2の前部空間の上面模式図である。図4は、モータユニット20の左側面とその周囲の模式図である。実施の形態2に係るレイアウト構造は、実施の形態1に係るレイアウト構造と、エアクリーナ12およびリザーバータンク16の位置において異なる。
図3および4に示したレイアウト構造によれば、実施の形態1に係るレイアウト構造による効果と同等の効果を得ることができる。すなわち、HV車両2の正面衝突時、リザーバータンク16によって衝突エネルギを吸収して、PCU22を保護することができる。また、正面衝突時、衝突を受けたリザーバータンク16が後退したとしても、リザーバータンク16との接触によってPCU22が受ける衝撃を小さくすることができる。また、左側面衝突時、EFI−ECU42によって衝突エネルギを吸収して、PCU22を保護することができる。
次に、図5および6を参照して、本発明の実施の形態3に係るレイアウト構造について説明する。なお、上記実施の形態1と重複する部分の説明については適宜省略する。
図5は、実施の形態3に係るレイアウト構造が適用されるHV車両3の前部空間の上面模式図である。図6は、モータユニット20の左側面とその周囲の模式図である。実施の形態3に係るレイアウト構造は、実施の形態1に係るレイアウト構造と、エアクリーナ12、HV−ECU40およびEFI−ECU42の位置において異なる。
図5および6に示したレイアウト構造によれば、実施の形態1に係るレイアウト構造による効果と同等の効果を得ることができる。すなわち、HV車両3の正面衝突時、HV−ECU40およびEFI−ECU42によって衝突エネルギを吸収して、PCU22を保護することができる。また、正面衝突時、衝突を受けたHV−ECU40およびEFI−ECU42が後退したとしても、これらのECUとの接触によってPCU22が受ける衝撃を小さくすることができる。
次に、図7および8を参照して、本発明の実施の形態4に係るレイアウト構造について説明する。なお、上記実施の形態1と重複する部分の説明については適宜省略する。
図7は、実施の形態4に係るレイアウト構造が適用されるHV車両4の前部空間の上面模式図である。図8は、モータユニット20の左側面とその周囲の模式図である。実施の形態4に係るレイアウト構造は、実施の形態1に係るレイアウト構造と、HV−ECU40およびEFI−ECU42の位置において異なる。
図7および8に示したレイアウト構造によれば、実施の形態1に係るレイアウト構造による効果に加えて、次の効果を得ることができる。すなわち、図7および8に示したレイアウト構造によれば、EFI−ECU42とエンジン10の間の距離を短くすることができる。また、前部空間FCにHV−ECU40を設けることができるので、HV−ECU40とEFI−ECU42の間の距離、および、HV−ECU40とPCU22の間の距離を短くすることもできる。したがって、ワイヤハーネスを短くして原価を低減することができる。
ところで、上記実施の形態1−4に係るレイアウト構造においては、機電一体構造を有するモータユニット20を前提とした。しかし、上記実施の形態1−3に係るレイアウト構造においては、PCU22とT/A24がブラケットを介して接続されていてもよい。
上記実施の形態においては、エアクリーナ12、リザーバータンク16、HV−ECU40およびEFI−ECU42のうちの何れか1つが、第1の観点における「車両構成部品」に相当している。補機バッテリ32が第1の観点における「低電圧バッテリ」に相当している。HV−ECU40およびEFI−ECU42が、第4または第5の観点における「制御ユニット」に相当している。

- ハイブリッド車両の前部空間のレイアウト構造であって、
前記前部空間には、
エンジンと、
走行用モータを収容するトランスアクスルと、
前記トランスアクスルの上面に設けられ、前記走行用モータと高電圧バッテリとの間の電力の授受を制御する電力制御ユニットと、
低電圧バッテリと、前記電力制御ユニットよりも低剛性の車両構成部品と、
が設けられ、
前記エンジンおよび前記トランスアクスルは、車幅方向に並べられ、
前記車両構成部品および前記低電圧バッテリは、前記電力制御ユニットの前方において前記車幅方向に並べられ、
前記車両構成部品は、前記電力制御ユニットの前方に位置し、
前記低電圧バッテリは、前記車両構成部品よりも前記ハイブリッド車両の外側に位置する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の前部空間のレイアウト構造。 - 前記車両構成部品が、前記エンジンのエアクリーナである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の前部空間のレイアウト構造。 - 前記車両構成部品が、前記エンジンおよび前記電力制御ユニットを冷却する冷却水のリザーバータンクである

ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のハイブリッド車両の前部空間のレイアウト構造。 - 前記車両構成部品が、前記ハイブリッド車両または前記エンジンを制御する制御ユニットである
