Claims (8)
- 印刷媒体に紫外線硬化型インクを用いて印刷するインクジェット印刷装置であって、
前記紫外線硬化型インクを吐出する吐出部と、
前記印刷媒体上に着弾した前記紫外線硬化型インクに紫外光を照射する紫外線光源と
を備え、
前記印刷媒体は、塩化ビニルを用いて形成されたものであり、
前記印刷媒体を加熱する加熱部を更に備え、
前記加熱部により、前記印刷媒体上に着弾した前記紫外線硬化型インクが、前記紫外線硬化型インク中に含まれる溶媒が揮発しない温度で前記印刷媒体を加熱するか、又は、実質的に溶媒を含まない前記紫外線硬化型インクを前記印刷媒体上に着弾させた状態で前記加熱部により前記印刷媒体を加熱することを特徴とするインクジェット印刷装置。 - 前記紫外線硬化型インクは、実質的に溶媒を含まず、且つ、分子量300以下のモノマーを30wt%以上含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインクジェット印刷装置。
- 前記モノマーは、単官能モノマーであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のインクジェット印刷装置。
- 前記モノマーは成分として、N−ビニル−εカプロラクタムを前記紫外線硬化型インク
において、13wt%〜22wt%含有することを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載のインクジェット印刷装置。 - 前記紫外線硬化型インクが、前記印刷媒体に着弾してから10秒以内は、前記紫外線硬化型インクの硬化率が10%以下の状態を維持するよう、前記紫外線光源が紫外光を前記印刷媒体に着弾した前記紫外線硬化型インクに照射することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のうちのいずれか一項に記載のインクジェット印刷装置。
- 前記紫外線硬化型インクが前記印刷媒体上に着弾して、前記紫外線光源から紫外光を照射して仮硬化させる仮硬化処理をおこなってから所定の時間経過後、再び紫外光を照射することで硬化を完成させる本硬化処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のインクジェット印刷装置。
- 上記印刷後の前記紫外線硬化型インクに、ラミネートフィルムを貼り合わせるラミネート手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のうちのいずれか一項に記載のインクジェット印刷装置。
- 印刷媒体に紫外線硬化型インクを用いて印刷するインクジェット印刷方法であって、
紫外線硬化型インクを吐出する吐出ステップと、
印刷媒体を加熱する加熱ステップと
を備え、
前記印刷媒体として塩化ビニルを用いて形成した前記印刷媒体を用い、
前記印刷媒体を加熱することを特徴とするインクジェット印刷方法。
