Claims (7)
- アスファルトによって被覆されたコンクリート系補強道路構造体であって、
実質的に水平な上面を有するコンクリート製の基本層(1)であって、地面に直接に配置されるか地面にサブコンストラクションを介して配置された、基本層と、
前記基本層上の少なくとも1つのアスファルト製の成形カバー層(2)と、
前記基本層(1)と前記カバー層(2)との間に位置決めされた支持要素(3)と、を具備する道路構造体において、
前記支持要素(3)は、前記基本層(1)に前記基本層(1)の硬化前に所定の深さ挿入され、その結果、前記基本層(1)から部分的に、前記上面に直交する方向に突出し、
この突出する部分は、前記道路が暴露される荷重の下で前記カバー層(2)が前記基本層(1)に対して移動するのを防ぎ、
前記支持要素(3)は、前記基本層(1)の表面に実質的に直交する壁を有する平坦なストライプであって、それぞれの蛇行線を形成するように方向が異なる後続部分を含む、平坦なストライプであることを特徴とする道路構造体。 - 前記支持要素(3)から形成された前記蛇行するストライプは、ある部分に沿って相互に連結されて閉じた形状のアレイをともに形成するように互いに隣接して延びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の道路構造体。
- 前記基本層(1)の前記上面まで延びる前記支持要素(3)にはそれぞれ開口部が設けられ、前記開口部の下端部では、前記支持要素(3)が、未だペースト状の状態にある前記基本層(1)の材料に浸漬されるのを防ぐためにそれぞれの切断タブ(4)が折り畳まれることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の道路構造体。
- 前記閉じた形状は、三角形、正方形、円形又は六角形であることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の道路構造体。
- 前記カバー層(2)は、石でできた砂利片を含み、前記支持要素(3)は前記基本層(1)の前記上面から少なくとも前記砂利片の平均サイズの半分の高さまで延びることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の道路構造体。
- 前記支持要素(3)の上側は、幅の広い上部リム(5)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の道路構造体。
- 前記支持要素(3)は互いに隣接して配置され、互いに接続されたそれぞれの規則的な形状を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の道路構造体。
